Jason Botello
Hello All, I recently purchased a used 2011 Ford Edge Sport. When I purchased the vehicle there was slight pulling and they did the alignement after giving me two free tires. After taking the car back two different times they have taken the vehicle to a ford dealership and even had a specialist take a look and they said the problem was fixed but when in fact it wasnt. I have not taken the vehicle to a third party and they have worked on it twice but there is still a pull to the right. The third party put in cam bolts as well. This has been a very frustrating situation to deal with and multiple parties have tried to fix the alignment but with no luck. Has anyone had any similar issues or have any suggestions? Thank you! normcloutier
Look a few posts down for a title "2013 pulling to the right". There is a TSB for the 2011 edge. Edited March 7, 2014 by normcloutier
Michael Sherrod
There's another recent thread with this problem. A few people here have this problem too!

Hello Jason Botello, I recommend making an appointment with the preferred dealer of your choice. Let me know once you do, and I'll look into available options. Jason Botello
First off I wanted to thank everyone for the help and letting me know I am not crazy. Todd if the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from had my vehicle for a majority of the 3 month warranty without fixing the problem and it seems like other people are having the same problem is there any recourse that I have to getting the problem fixed so that I dont have to pay any more money out of my pocket? Thanks again for your help.

Thanks again for your help. You're welcome, Jason Botello! Once you make an appointment with a Ford Dealer (it doesn't have to be the original dealership), I'm going to connect you with your regional customer service manager, who will be able to speak with you regarding possible financial assistance. Please send me a PM with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and preferred dealership/appointment time. Thanks!
