2019 Edge Blue Screen on Information/Entertainment System

Recommended Posts

I have a new 2019 Edge Titanium. Today on startup the information screen simply turned Blue, and was frozen on the Blue. The only display that showed was the backup camera as I backed out of the driveway, then as I put the car into drive, the screen turned to all blue.

On a third restart, the system came back.

Is this part of an update process, or did the system software have a glitch and then fixed itself?

Thanks for any experience or explanations with this.
