Xtra Posted November 17, 2019 Report Share Posted November 17, 2019 (edited) Both snmjim and I have custom turbo mods on our cars. I bought some used turbos for my car at http://car-part.com and had them upgraded at Comp Turbos in California https://www.compturbotechnology.com. By doing this they were a direct bolt in swap. Stock has a six blade cast and the mod has a 11 blade CNC you can see how it is hogged out to the max . Not sure but as I remember the stock turbos are 57mm and the mod turbos are 61mm. Xtra Posted November 17, 2019 Report Share Posted November 17, 2019 I have upgraded the IC and have a tune in my car, it has run 12.9 on 91 octane. jamie1073 Posted November 18, 2019 Report Share Posted November 18, 2019 The Focus ST turbo is a single scroll K03. I am not sure what turbo is on the Edge 2.0 but I believe it is a twin scroll unit. Jgrasham your best bet might be to have a turbo custom made . Here is a link to several used turbos that will work for rebuilding / upgrading at Comp Turbo or other reputable turbo shop. You should be able to get a good rebuildable turbo for around $150 to $250. Just fill out the search form at the link. Call first and check that the turbo you pick is complete and has all the parts and clamps before ordering. That way it will be an easy bolt on swap. If available (eBay usually, but on Ford enthusiast sites also), that is a good option.
