Stallme
I just installed new KYB struts and strut bearings on my 2010 ford edge limited (20in wheels), I also ended up replacing the sway bar links, ever since, I have been fighting a clunking sound that sounds like something is loose. I made sure the torque was correct everywhere. I have pulled them multiple times and inspected them, everything is lined up properly. So I am at a loss. I have shaken it with no sound being heard. I am at a loss.

Samurai Edge
Despite everything you have tried in an attempt to solve the clunking issue, and everything you have done appears correct, it is possible that the strut is bad internally. The only way to fix it is to get a replacement. Go back to where you bought them from, explain the issue and they should replace it without issue. They do come with a warranty, right?
