Riiight, because you bought that package aftermarket? What does the name of the company that made the leather have any relation to trim badging on the Edge? None at all. If they put this on AFTERmarket, it's nothing but advertising for the company that made them, and it's not easy on the eyes anyway.

Yes, the Katzkin labeling is really tacky, unless you work for them and got them for free. very nice otherwise.

You get less than what you paid for, they're other tires that do the same for much less, some mich. tires are really ridiculous in price noise and performance.

The triplets are all having SERIOUS transmission issues, stay away! Also, MPG varies so much, some people are getting 24-25, others 10 :o

There is a billet grille, and a SCT flash tuner that will increase HP. eBay should have the Billet Grille on it along with other bling bling things like chrome door handle covers, etc.

No 07 can get SYNC without a major expensive upgrade, you would be better off buying a new EDGE with it.

The MKS's transmission has to be beefed up to handle the extra power from the new twin force engine, the 6F in the EDGE can only handle about 325FT-LB's of torque.

Ford makes their own AWD, Mazda, and Volvo use the same Ford derived AWD system, albiet different programming for the CX-7, the CX-7/9 doesn't have as many issues with the PTO, just a few isolated events.

I get the advertised 24 on the highway Via the trip computer, I reset the trip everytime I fill up too, I haven't done the numbers because I don't care that much.

For that you could go with a flash tuner from SCT or something like that.

I don't know, same thing in the EDGE and S80, only reason why we even listen to it is because it's free, or was. This was all last year when we first bought the cars. It just had horrible reception in so cal, the slightest thing would make it cut, trees, little stuff, our XM kit (bought at Target, not intergrated, the sportscaster) in the Audi on the other hand, nearly never cut, even under overpasses and such. I still have my handheld XM radio and it's awesome, I can get an ok signal inside my house.

Support Ford and buy one of the other FoMoCo cars... they're better. (CX-9 is the better Edge, same core, but different everything) Volvo/Mazda, the DNA from those two is mostly found on the Fusion, which has stellar reliability. We're trading in the Edge at the end of the year for a used sport 08' CX-9, those engines are built in Japan, different transmission, no huge issues like the Edge, or widespread quality control problems(bad paint, wheels, etc.). Honda and Toyota have issues too with the new Accord and Civic, issues with the Camry, Tundra...
