    That sucks! I am sorry to see that this happened! Hopefully news coverage with photos helps to apprehend them. We're lucky that my wife and I keep both cars in the garage (she still likes hers inside the garage).

    That's strange they recommended the canbus. I'm using the HD relay and DRLs and have no issues. All works fine on auto or if I manually cycle the headlght switch. If you disconnect the DRLs do the headlights work properly?

    I fit them corner to corner. No additional luggage (shoes and balls only). No scratches as all woods and drivers had covers.

    Some are, some are not. DTBL DRLs have no effect on any other lighting in the car.

    Nope. DTBL v2's work just fine with aftermarket HID kits.

    Why is every word capitalized? Have you checked the ballasts, a short in one can effect both. Are you using a wire harness?

    Looks like they're in the middle of updating their website, but DXHiD sells a 15w reverse hid kit with 921 size bulbs. Dingo also upgraded the ballast to 35w. http://www.dxhid.com/15wreverselighthid.htm

    Your best bet is to take it to the dealer. I was under the impression they can change the master code with IDS. If not, you can always pull the fuse or simply disconnect the keypad itself. Is someone taking anything from your car, or just unlocking it to mess with you?

    I've got 4 bags in my car as I type this. 2 cart bags and 2 with stands. No problems getting them in there.

    Damn.... I'd like to know what you have in the following: 1. Puddles 2. Maps 3. Cargo/Dome/Rear The puddles look ridiculously bright. Thanks for taking the photos, Dingo. P.S. I know you've got 35W Franken-HIDS in the back, but I may eventually spring for the DXHID 15W kit.

    I purchased from the same seller (epanda_house). I got the 6w versions. You'll need 31mm for the puddles and that is a TIGHT squeeze. No way for a 36mm to fit.

    Nick, I should have listened to you the first time, I have no doubt the ones you linked are far better than the COB ones.

    So I just tried and installed the COB LEDs for my puddles and for the cargo/dome/trunk lights. I can NOT recommend these!! They are not very bright at all and have a lousy pattern. If any of you have any recommendations, please add them. I am continuing my search for the best LEDs.

    So Wizard, what's the easiest way to wire these up, utilizing the most oem components and keeping courtesy function (for informational purposes only, of course!)? Any way to use the stock vertical light harness? Mind you, I'll have my bumper off while wiring everything (I'm replacing my grille inserts and want to do everything at once). I think we are lucky to have the repository of info that we have so that Dan's products can thrive and become even easier to install.

    I actually did recall that from my Albuquerque trip last month (I'll be out there quarterly). Still not as ugly as the NJ plates. Too bad we can have black plates (i.e. DE).

    COMPLETELY off topic. But I kinda like the way NM license plates look. You can see NJ license plates while skydiving. Awfully bright yellow.

    Well, this escalated above my pay grade. I will simply use Dan's instructions, with the change of the white wire to the parking lamps. This should offer the following correct?: 1. Courtesy Lights 2. 100% full brightness with headlights off 3. 70% brightness with parking lamps or headlights on. Am I missing anything? And just a dumb question. When are just the parking lights on, if my lights are always set to "Auto"?
