  1. Your more than welcome to store it at my place! I'd hate to the new headlights get dusty...
  2. I can appreciate what your saying. Having driven the A5 at 2:00am, it's not fun. You shouldn't have any problems with oncoming traffic if you upgrade to 55w.
  3. Just be careful when prying the clips, they are fragile and prone to breaking. They'll still work and stay in place if they do break, but it will mess with your head if the DO break (that's all you'll think about). Dan put a great how to video on his site: http://www.daytimebrightlites.com/Puddle_Lights_NL3C.html Also a great place to upgrade your puddles!
  4. It happens in my edge when the humidity is up there. It's been real swamp-ass conditions all week, so my windows are damp as well.
  5. Looks like its a binned/higher quality bulb. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=42174 We have all been using DDM, TRS and other bulbs with no issues. It's up to you to decide if you need the creme de la creme of the TRS lineup.
  6. Damn! You beat to that EXACT line. Yeah, many if us have PD'ed parts if our edges (cellbine just happens to dream about doing it, no really, he does).
  7. I've been very happy with the color and performance of my 5k 55W bulbs. But if you've got some extra $$, then go for the xb35s.
  8. Come on Dan! You'd think you wash your car (or at least de-bug the area surrounding the new DRLs) for the finished product shot Looking forward to my package arriving...
  9. Oh fuuuuuuuuuudge (no, I didn't say fudge). Cellbine, this is why I hate reading your posts! Now I have to reach out to whiteis33 and see what's up. They look awesome!!! I'm embarrassed to ask, but what are demon eyes?
  10. Is this a question or a statement? It's above the license plate.
  11. Fantastic!!! I've been wanting to install the ford OEM wiring harness and this saved me a LOT of trouble!
  12. A simple search would yield some amazing results. But, I'm feeling generous today: http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/11588-remove-front-bumper-on-2013-edge/?do=findComment&comment=96599
  13. I don't care who ya are, that's funny right there!
  14. Actually, it's been done for you (and then some): http://www.daytimebrightlites.com/Daytime_running_lights.html
  15. Here's the after photos. Here's the thread I used from the Escape forum (that's what I had before my Edge): http://www.escape-city.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4074 And some photos (along with the passenger side for comparison): There is a small loose thread in the seam, but that was because I had to go back into the visor twice (wire came loose, poor splicing on my part). You absolutely would never know it wasn't OEM (I even ordered a light stone colored module/faceplate).
  16. I did option "C" and I don't know jack sh!t about fabrication nor sewing. Took me about an hour and I guarantee you would never know it wasn't OEM.. When you pry open the side of the visor, there are tiny little "teeth" that keep the visor fabric in place. When you tuck everything back in, all you see is the same, stock, seem. As far as the inside goes, you can cut out the plastic housing for the module (there is a blank already built into the visor, you simply remove it with a razor blade). It's a LOT easier than you think. If you want me to post photos of my visor, I will.
  17. For $35 or so you can add the module to your driver's side visor... http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/6122-diy-for-installing-homelink-in-se-sel-and-sport-edges/
  18. Yup. First thing I did when we purchased the house. http://protective.sherwin-williams.com/detail.jsp?A=sku-26303%3aproduct-6878 Do NOT purchase that DIY H&C kit at the SW store. The stuff I used (see link) is rock solid and I just removed 3 years worth of buildup, dirt and grime in under an hour (soap and water with a mop, hosed away soap and squeegeed the floor).
  19. Technically, this is from yesterday afternoon... Just got done mopping garage floor, so Edge is quite dirty and the floor is spotless You can pick out a few mods in the photo.
