Turbosmart has a 50/50 BOV that will give you the signiture "pssst".

Installed the AFE panel filter today initial thoughts. Performance gains - none that butt dyno could tell (wasn't expecting any) Noise - No noticeable noise increase or the typical CAI sound Build - Here i'm actually pretty satisfied. To me it seems to fit a little better over the OEM filter. The oem filter's seal on mine had all sorts of holes from bubbles popping when being manufactured (see picture). My opinion is the AFE may hold a better seal.

Installed an AFE panel filter and switched from the LMS 93 performance tune to the 93 Aggressive.

I just made the switch from LMS 93 Performance to the 93 Aggressive, definitely a noticeable difference.

Something like this, ideally I would try to get the turndown to not show below the bumper.

Reading a few threads on some other forums ipthere seems to be a consensus that are larger tip will change the tone, nothing drastic. I'm wondering if I can find a 2.25 in inlet and a larger od turndown. I would place the turn downs right after the muffler.

Do you think a larger diameter tip would give it a better sound at all? The diesel guys low those obnoxious large tips.

I wish Borla sold individual mufflers and systems.

Do the H9 retrofit you wont regret it! It's cheap, easy and better then using HIDs in a halogen projector.

Mine was noisy for the first month and a half. I made sure to open and close the windows every time I drove it, not sure if that's what stopped the noise or what.

Definitely more coverage then the OEM ones!

I've never actually had an issue with the rack scratching, it's always been the bike. Despite wrapping the pedals and bars in towels.

Lift gate mounts = scratches

I'm not a big fan of the look of the 20's (which I own). Someone on here had there's redone in black chrome. I would love to see more pictures of them. Not sure who they belonged to.
