rwf78155 Posted January 30, 2018 Report Share Posted January 30, 2018 My 2013 Edge Sport has been sitting at the dealership for a while and the dealer tells me they cant get the parts needed for the repair from Ford. Start button does nothing but make a clicking sound under the hood. Who can I contact at Ford about this ? Any Ford service reps online ? See if you can get the part numbers from them and try Amazon where a few dealerships sell parts, and if they have it then it looks like your dealership is giving you the run-around.
