Driving my husband's 2020 Edge today, I sent my debit card on top of the little flip top cover over the media storage. Without thinking, I opened the storage and my debit went down BEHIND the storage cubby, YIKES!! I'm trying to figure out if there is any access to the area underneath the wireless charging pad to reach down in there, as I've tried everything else I can think of. I put a card of top of the little swing-up door and a few moments later I opened up the door without thinking to take my card first and the card litterally disseappeared!. It 's not in the little cubby compartment so I guess it went OVER the compartment itself and fell behind it... I watched the video which ''enigma-2'' and ''niceonept'' posted but it shows how to go under the console cup holder area but not behind the little cubby up front... ... so I'm still stuck without knowing how to get my card back... Once you pop off the cover/cup holder you can shine a flashlight forward under the compartment and if you have small hands like me or long tweezers you will be able to get your card out. Thanks for the video posting as I was freaking out lol. Hope further explanation helps others. Learned my lesson not to put my credit card on the lid. ? OldguyDave Posted October 13, 2022 Report Share Posted October 13, 2022 Interesting video but will not work on a 2022 Ford Edge unless you have to pry like crazy to pop the console top loose. I am afraid on mine that the console top might break. In the videos for the earlier models the console top just lifts up and off no problem. Leave it to Ford to make things more difficult for me.
