Driving my husband's 2020 Edge today, I sent my debit card on top of the little flip top cover over the media storage. Without thinking, I opened the storage and my debit went down BEHIND the storage cubby, YIKES!! I'm trying to figure out if there is any access to the area underneath the wireless charging pad to reach down in there, as I've tried everything else I can think of. I put a card of top of the little swing-up door and a few moments later I opened up the door without thinking to take my card first and the card litterally disseappeared!. It 's not in the little cubby compartment so I guess it went OVER the compartment itself and fell behind it... I watched the video which ''enigma-2'' and ''niceonept'' posted but it shows how to go under the console cup holder area but not behind the little cubby up front... ... so I'm still stuck without knowing how to get my card back...
