I think that trim piece is actually part of the entire cover. There is another posting in detail as how to remove the glass. Actually very simple. But you need to search for the remove mirror glass posting as it will have pictures. The glass sits on a round motorized base with 4 prongs. Each prong is a double prong so eight. Get a medium or narrow flat head screwdriver between those two prongs that sit about 1/4" apart and twist the screwdriver to pop up the glass. Will need to do it in 3 places Hope it helps

Really? In NY they don't have any incentives yet. Maybe 500.00. That would be great however. Also no one seems to have that setup without the optional V6 and optional wheels. I spec'd a Sport with the 401a package I believe and pricing on the Ford website is about the same Both with cold weather package and AWD Waiting to see Aprils incentives and possibly Mays. My car is due back in June and they are not offering pull ahead leasing yet. Usually they forgive last 3 payments Thanks

They had a 5 year extended warranty on the MyFord Touch. I would double check with another dealer. I have a 13 now but had a 2011 and because of all the problems they extended the warranty Good luck
