  1. I would say logical answer, but a month ago it worked fine. There may be some coding that is doing this, either in IE or on the board's software. Not a big issue either way.
  2. With IE no matter what PC, I get the same issue. I sent a message to "contact us", but no response. With FireFox, everything seems fine
  3. Very tastefully done. Really think you have done an awesome job.
  4. What is the part number?
  5. Sounds typical of a fuel system with a clogged vent. Would be interesting to know if the dealership did a cursory check or did they connect up to a computer and run the complete fuel tank test.
  6. I don't believe those can be defeated with the special socket that I mentioned in a previous post. If they fit OK, I think you may have made a wise choice.
  7. Could be warped rotors. Any steering wheel wobble or brake pedal pulsation noticed? Have you hit any curbs or encountered any deep potholes? How is the alignment? Any worn or damaged front suspension parts?
  8. Car was running and you turned the key or pushed the start button as if you were going to start a non-running engine? Why would you do that? Or am I missing something? Sounds like you confused the computer system, but hey, I'm no expert in such things.
  9. I've had no problems with the mirrors on mine. Maybe adjusting you seat position will help.
  10. I'm no expert, but I understand that cold air intakes don't do much for the Edge, and are for the most part, a waste. I think what you are experiencing in part, the reason for the concensus.
  11. Are you sure it's not turned off in the MFT screen to the left of the steering wheel?
  12. 2011s don't have fog lights. If you are referring to the vertical strip lights on the front, they are simply additional running lights. They do nothing much to aid in driving during foggy conditions.
  13. I would suggest calling Crutchfield and talking to one of their advisors before making you purchase. They don't try to strong arm you into buying something while on the phone, there's no high pressure sales. I had some speakers picked out for my wife's 2012 Ford Focus, and they steered me toward another brand, based on my wife's listening preferences. Their advice was spot on.
  14. Looks good. Glad you finally have it in your possession. I was in Munich, back in 1993. Beautiful part of the World.
  15. The factory deck puts out less than 30 watts RMS. Those will probably be fine.
  16. What is the RMS spec for the new speakers? Will the factory radio hit the mark? I've seen many aftermarket speakers that a factory radio would not properly drive, and so the volume was very low. As far as the factory tweeters go, I too would have gone with two pair of components. That would have been two woofers, two tweeters, and two crossovers. The sound stage would be better enhanced.
  17. Someone posted on this a few months ago. Might try and search. If I remember correctly, it's too costly and difficult to add, however.
  18. I installed a set of Polks in my wife's 2012 Focus. The difference was dramatic. Huge improvement.
  19. Not sure if they are better or not. I used them previously in another car, and thought the light output was different, but I did not notice any significant improvement over the standard halogen bulb.
  20. That was my one complaint to the sales person when I was looking at the Edge.
  21. Nothing that Crutchfield has will fit, so you may be out of luck.
