The pull you're feeling is normal, it's because you're riding on a much wider tire. I noticed the same thing when I went from my SEL to the Sport, you'll adjust. My Cobra was much worse

Take it back to the dealer and let them fix it. It could be a number of things including a windshield leak, not that big a deal.
