    I think it just means check the hub mounting surface, as you have already done.

    Not just the socket, but the wiring as well. Though the fuses are same in capacity (20A on my '07), the wiring seems to be inadequate for full loads. A good explanation can be found here: http://www.f150online.com/forums/2789415-post2.html

    If you are a fanatic about getting metal contaminants out of your paint/wheels, you can precede the claybar with Iron-X or a similar product.

    Could be. I don't think tire position (think rotation) would make a difference. A sensor could actually have gone bad, but since you are not seeing any driveability issues/other notifications, that does not seem to be the case.

    I'd suspect the brake booster as well.

    Were any of those miles freeway miles? Try driving for 10 or so miles at/above 90 kph. If that does not work, take it in to any tire store and they can train the system to work together.

    Working with Ford Customer Service directly is your best option. But it is likely they will simply do the TSB again, at best.

    Also look at the window sticker & sales receipt. If a 2.0L is mentioned as the engine, it is an EB. If you have an AWD, it is NOT an EB.
