  1. This is odd. H&R is top quality and no one here has reported any issues with the quality of their springs. In fact, quite the opposite. I don't want to speak for any others with the springs installed, but the consensus I've read is that they're nothing short of amazing. These springs are functional as well as appealing to the eye. Lowering the center of gravity on this hulking machine so as to improve aerodynamics, cornering (traction) and handling overall, without adversely affecting the ride quality is enough for many. Plus, the Edge Sport looks awesome lowered! I know this post might read as an advertisement for H&R but I am quite satisfied with the springs. I'm sorry they're not working for you.
  2. Just released - updated tune for the G2 Edge Sport. I'm heading over to Livernois on Wednesday, the soonest I can get there. I'm sure the new tune will be sick as f*$%!
  3. Nothing is needed but the springs. Drop the rear subframe, its much quicker.
  4. Take it back. Find a better example of an Edge Sport and rest easy at night. This is a disaster waiting to happen.
  5. How long since you tuned it? The shifts on the 93P tune were abrupt following the initial tuning, but smoothed out after about a week of driving for me. The 93A tune shifts felt like I ran over a horse with every shift. Especially downshifts upon deceleration from highway speeds. If you end up calling LMS, talk to Andrew.
  6. Congrats! Enjoy! Your Edge looks awesome! I agree, the ass end does look bigger when lowered.
  7. The only difference between the 93P and the 93A is the shift points/pressures. Otherwise they're identical.
  8. vgy.me. Free third party hosting. I use that site, no problems. Plus I have an ulterior motive...I want to see the wheels with the spacers.
  9. 35%? IMO, darker in the front would look silly.
  10. The seller gave me a full refund of the purchase price + shipping so I'll only be out $65 which was the cheapest return shipping I could find through USPS. It indeed looked like a reject of some kind. Certainly not as flashy as Xtra's.
  11. Was bored today...took some stuff off, plastidipped some other stuff.
  12. The strut tower brace arrived. It is damaged and of far less quality than yours. Not to mention it doesn't have the etching nor decals of yours. My expectations were higher but I should've expected this coming from China. Between the shipping here and return shipping to China, I'll be out about $100. Saddening. Lesson learned.
  13. After being told on the phone that this recall job takes 4 hours, I was in and out of the stealership in a little over an hour. Bonus: my horn still works.
  14. Wait a minute... ...you're supposed to change the oil?
  15. Thanks! It datalogs all 5 PIDs and saves them to the app. No transmission temp or IAT2 available for the Edge.
  16. I received the BlueDriver wifi scan tool today. My initial impression is that it has loads of potential and seems like a cool, useful piece of equipment, yet I'm not sure if it's worth $100. This device is truly plug and play. First, download the app (iOS compatible). Once in the app, under vehicle info, enter your VIN and your vehicle data will be displayed. Next, insert the BlueDriver OBDII unit into the OBDII port under your dash. In settings on your iPhone, establish a bluetooth connection with the device and you're ready to rock. From here you can do everything from setting up your live display to reviewing recalls and service bulletins and logged reports for your vehicle. It has many features you'd expect from a scan tool - chiefly, the ability to read and clear codes. It also data logs up to 5 PIDs if they're supported by your car. The pictures below are the PIDs supported on the Edge (the first pic is of the 4 PIDs I am currently logging). There are 100+ PIDs available on the app ranging from engine RPM and vehicle speed to fuel pressure and engine oil temperature, if your car supports them. You can even log turbo temps, turbo RPM, and turbo compressor inlet temps. Much to my chagrin, the Edge does not support any of turbo logging features. Bummer. My active logging PIDs are engine load value, coolant temp, intake manifold absolute pressure and intake air temp. The live menu is configurable/customizable both in size, format (gauge, graph, or digital display for each individual PID in both portrait and landscape modes) and in placement/arrangement of the gauges. I have barely begun to play with my new toy but it seems it will definitely be beneficial for identifying CELs while also offering potential causes of and remedies for them. www.lemurmonitors.com
  17. I'm scheduled for Monday. I will also update when it's completed.
  18. Looks good! I like the fact that it's quickly removable and can be returned to stock in minutes. Curious, did you weigh the rear seats? If so, how much in gross weight savings? FWIW, I've been tuned since 600 miles...why wait 'til 1000? You're missing out!
  19. So after we hijacked this thread I ended up ordering the strut tower brace after all. I'll post once it's installed.
  20. Yes, I was mistakenly looking at the wi-fi version. The bluetooth version gets stellar reviews but is not iOS compatible. I think I'm going to get the Bluedriver scan tool which also gets phenomenal reviews but is compatible with iOS. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00652G4TS/ref=ox_sc_mini_detail?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AD7D9D1JAFECP Thank you for getting me on track.
  21. I looked at the Scantool on Amazon and it gets horrible reviews. I like the idea but are there any options like it?
