The GPS and Sirius antenna are in the FM antenna's base. The mast itself is as normal as can be.

I had the 3M on my Sport Trac for 4 years. The paint didn't change color at all, but the film yellowed. Also, once the film is removed, the line between where the film was and wasn't is really obvious, just due to normal wear. Oh, and it installs NOTHING like the Zagg stuff.

So I'm thinking about ordering a chrome grille. I would then send it and my wheels to be black chrome plated, and then replace the tuxedo black grille with it. Any thoughts?

I've used them before, the Nifty Catch-all ones, and the weather-tech ones. I've not found anything I like as much as the factory rubber ones yet.

First of all, that will be pretty dark. Secondly, you don't want to go that dark on the windshield on this car. That film will look really stupid and is too thick to stick around the dot farm at the top of the windshield.

Sounds great except for that whole cold thing. And the dark thing. And the ice thing. And the snow chain thing. And the traveling for ever to see family thing. Well, except for being pretty, everything.
