My 16 year old Excursion and VW Beetle turbo diesel turbos are still spinning round and round. Does that mean our Edge ecoboost turbo will be spinning in 10-15 years? Uh...I dunno.

Oil seems to 'eat up' Teflon tape. Won't be much left of it at oil change time if the threads are getting oil on them.

Tried steel wool? Personally I haven't but I have used it on chrome and it does wonders on it. Heard of detailers using it on glass. 0000 steel glass.
