  1. You should come over here and drive around the North Circular in the rush hour Ben - that'll soon get your pre-collision alerts flashing! Hanger Lane - the UK's scariest junction! https://www.newsflare.com/video/88969/crime-accidents/hanger-lane-gyratory-crash
  2. It wasn't service records but I had very similar problems when using that site. Gave up eventually.
  3. I looked it up. They are called door panels, which makes sense really. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Door_card)
  4. I would say it Sell-eek-uh. So what are door cards in American English then?
  5. Ah... I'd never heard the term "lug-nut" before and had to google it! We just call them wheel nuts over here. Guess it's another of those differences we have when describing car parts, tools and stuff - like spanner/wrench, tyre/tire, bonnet/hood, boot/trunk, petrol/gas......
  6. Howdy! Welcome to the forum. Do you have any pcs of your silver Edge you can share with us?
  7. Welcome to the forum. I am pleased you like your new Edge. You must share some pics of it with us when it arrives.

Cheers snmjim. Found it now - it's the Chrysalis Amphitheatre at the Merriweather Park in Columbia, designed by Ove Arup Associates. Impressive building and makes a great backdrop.

Looks great. How did you get that grill with Ford logo?
  11. Looking very cold there but the Edge looks good in the snow. We never had those earlier models here in the UK.

  18. My 2018 ST-Line (European market successor to the Sport) has what I think may have been the original option tow-bar fitted. It doesn't interfere with the tailgate sensor, is detachable and appears to correspond with what is illustrated in the Owner's Handbook.
  19. Car looks great. I like the interior. Nearly all the Edges here have Ebony interiors.
  20. Welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy your new Edge. Hopefully you be able to share some pics of it with us once you've picked it up. Where in the world are you?
  21. Welcome to you. Where in the world are you and can you tell us a bit about your Edge? Pics are always welcome too!
  22. I don't blame you Bendmac - I always request an automatic when renting a car on the continent or North America. Changing gear with the wrong hand is always the hardest part in my opinion and best avoided if at all possible (looking up in the wrong direction for the rear view mirror comes a close second, but there's not a lot you can do about that!). The Edges we have here are identical to yours other than the engines. Ours are all twin turbo 2 litre diesels (even the ST-Line models) - a lot less powerful than over the pond but as our fuel is currently averaging at $6.17/US gallon in the UK it is much more economical.
