interesting... I have been stalling on doing the update as well. Keep thinking I will call, but I know that I am the only one with the MFT from the dealership I bought mine from and only a few have been sold from the other... I wish I could wait for them to try on other cars, but I think I don't have that option. But like you - I haven't had any major issues. I do lock mine too even in the garage because of the night light, but other than that - all is good.

They are on the left of the steering wheel on my limited. I don't know about the SEL - if your sales person told you something was there, make them show you where they are.

The system in my limited has pretty impressive sound so my husband doesn't even think it needs any tweaking.

I have Bordeaux Red - with the inside set to green 95% of the time. By choice I would have it set to purple, but I let the kiddo pick. It is up 100% I love bright.

I got rid of a stick for my limited. I want nothing to do with it. Plus, I agree without the clutch it feels weird. Though I will fess up that I have almost given myself wiplash trying to put the clutch in all the way with the brake... only happens when I am really tired on auto to get home. YOUCH!

sounds like you might have simply gotten a bad SD card. Check with your dealership.

The contact photo's is a know glitch with the iphone (any generation). The wall paper photo's have to be a certain size. pretty small if I remember correctly. I haven't done it yet since my daughter just wants to see the picture of the album playing.

Nope - the Lincoln version does, but not the ford.

Mine has been on green since my 4 year old realized that was an option. I keep hoping she will out grow her color obsession, but at least she isn't in love with pink. She loves the lights. I have gotten used to how bright it is inside the car while driving in the dark that when I recently drove our f150 I kept trying to turn up the dash lights, it seemed to dark in there.

I can consistently start my car from 15 floors up in a building with so many radio towers on it that I can't imagine much more interference. I don't know distance, but I am happy with how mine works.

I have everything set to auto - I am terrible at remembering to turn everything up when I get out.

I have noticed that my seats turn on, but they are not HOT like if you have them set to high, they just aren't cold when getting in. Granted... it is currently 0f today so anything is better than nothing.

Wow - all in one dump? That is awesome snow. We rarely get that in the part of Alaska that I am in... but the mountain passes will. I have about that much in my yard, but took a few days to get it. Enjoy.

I have been driving on snow for almost 2 months with a few days of horrid freezing rain. I have the limited awd with 18's all weather Michelans (don't know how to spell... ) I love my car and it drives and handles awesome.

Viper I believe makes a remote start that has an iPhone app - but not sure how it works... But I do know it is a good brand.

Thanks Richy - it is limited not a sport. Technically my car not my hubby's. I would guess with "winter" tires stopping might be a bit faster, but I am an old biddy driving so I leave plenty of room anyway. I would love to stay home the first big snow day because everyone forgets and my 30 minute drive can easily turn into 2 hours. Enjoy your snow - maybe a white Christmas for you.

I am driving on the 18 all weather that came with my limited and they seem to do pretty well. I have always had a fwd with studded tires before. I blissfully was ignorantly unaware of "winter" tires that didn't have studs. The majority of my driving experience is from Alaska so driving on snow is almost as normal as not. The sport is pretty sweet looking.
