But that's still only a symptom - could be a bad sensor or bad wiring or even a bad module that's reading the sensor. Did you test the sensor to make sure it wasn't working and did you test the new one to make sure it was working?
Can you hook up a trickle charger? There could be a problem causing the battery to drain faster than normal. When you do drive it, how long does it run? If you're only doing short trips or only running it for a few minutes then you're not giving the alternator time to recharge the battery making it worse. If you start it and run it for 10-15 minutes every week it should be ok. A trickle charger is still good insurance.
Why would you think ABS will help you stop on snow? If there's no traction there's no traction and ABS won't help. Snow tires help the most but you still have to drive carefully.
Simple - take it to the dealer since it should still be under warranty. Someone needs to read the code to see what the problem is. Per the OM - if the light is flashing do not drive any more than necessary.
X plan with $3500 would be right around $35,900 not counting the mats. But you'd only pay $100 doc fee. Add the AQHA rebate (which isn't available with X plan) and you're getting a slightly better deal.
4, but I don't think tread depth has much effect on snow traction. It's more a function of the tread compound. Winter tires don't get hard like non winter tires in very low temps.
Sure it does. $895 is not the cost for the wheels - it's the difference between the standard wheels and the optional wheels. So it costs an additional $224 per wheel over and above the standard wheels to get the upgraded wheels. The cost of the standard wheels are built into the price of the vehicle so you tend to ignore it. And of course they charge more for aftermarket parts than parts on a $40K vehicle.
The 19" H spoke wheels on my 2013 Fusion are a $695 upgrade but the same wheel aftermarket costs $550 each.
so the radio itself is working fine but not the sub? What kind of sub do you have and do you have a separate amp for the sub? Which wires from the head unit are you feeding to the sub/amp?
