  1. Can’t you just manually turn it off with the button on the console? I thought I also saw a left hand menu option. I haven’t tested mine yet to see if it defaults back on after the car has been restarted.
  2. Full set in decent condition. 2 have some curb rash on the lip 4” long but could be repaired without weld (blend only) or left alone. Tires don’t have much life left and TPS were all working on removal. Best offer or DM for my asking price. Removed at 40,000 miles. Need a good cleaning/polish but will clean up very well.
  3. Just picked up my ST. It is such an awesome car and in magnetic with the base wheels it out showed the blue model on the dealer lot. Also a few early observations 1: The piped in engine noise in sport mode is not present on my car. The model I test drove had an unmistakably louder engine note when switched to sport. Mine has no audible change between sport and normal. 2: the heated steering wheel icon is on the home screen already. No dealer mods required.
  4. I would expect the ST to be considerably more than the edge ST. Also with the added weight will potentially be faster in a straight line but not as fun in the twistys. I would consider one if I had 1 more kid though. The edge for me is the perfect size vehicle and I prefer the look over the explorer.
  5. Congratulations! I know you must be excited. Hopefully you are not as impatient as me and the time flies by. My delivery date hit 1 and is now going back up to 3. I did find out that my car is on a hauler in my state and should be delivered today or tomorrow morning.
  6. My dealer has been extremely transparent and helpful with my purchase. I was just notified that my car is now off the train in RI (about 1 hour away) waiting for the trucking co. They will not deliver before Christmas though so will likely be delivered Wednesday.
  7. That is the exact car I test drove. I ordered my car through that dealer and it should be in any day now.
  8. Date at the bottom is just the date the sticker was generated. Normally you get your sticker within a day or so of build though.
  9. Is ford order tracking not working for anyone else today?

    Delivered!

Congrats! Happy for you. Be sure to take some nice pictures of it when you go to pick it up. Oh and tell your dealer not to put stickers on it.
  11. I genuinely hope this is resolved for you. You might be better of looking for a car on a lot. Or trying a new dealer.
  12. Updates just keeping coming on my car. Now its in transit and estimated to arrive on December 27th.
  13. Yes, my window sticker lists it as "special order". Also my original build date was 12/1/18 and the window sticker reflected that date. When the system failed to update it actually deleted my window sticker and updated my build date to 12/9/18 and created a new window sticker dated 12/10/18. I'm wondering if my car got picked to crash test or there was a quality fault that caused it to be pulled from the line.
  14. The system finally updated and now the delivery date has been pushed back another week. Estimated delivery is now 1/1/19 another holiday lol.
  15. You wont have your window sticker until around 2/4/19 as its produced once your order queue is pulled for production.
  16. Checked again today and I have a new window sticker produced on 12/10/18 and a new production date of 12/9/18. I wonder if a delay caused a push back in builds and someone finally got the system all caught up. I guess we will see if it moves to waiting shipment after a few days. My estimated delivery date hasn't changed though and I see it unlikely to take 15 days from today to arrive. Update again: Dealer just sent me a text saying the car is built and sitting at the dock waiting for shipment. SO apparently the tracking site is a bit off.
  17. I believe it is the dealer when the order is entered. It shows in WBDO as 10 for highest priority and only determines its order in the build schedule. Once a VIN is assigned it is up to the plant to prioritize.
  18. Check with your dealer to see what priority code it has.
  19. My window sticker is suddenly not available too. I have printed and digital copies.
  20. I went to the dealer yesterday and drove a 2018 sport and the 2019 ST. They both are huge upgrades from my 2011 but the ST handling and steering was increadible. Power felt similar but the ST is definitely much more fun to drive. The ST has the B&O sound system which definitely sounds better and more supportive seats. I would say it fits nicely as an upgrade to the sport at its price point.
  21. Actual build is only a few days. Might be 4 weeks till build date though.
  22. Mine has been “being built” for a week now. The dealer also says it’s strange and likely not accurate. In the mean time I test drive the 1 they got on the lot. It by far exceeded my expectations, no noticeable lag at all. In fact throttle response in sport mode was touchy and rather sensitive. Steering felt heavy and extremely accurate and it cornered very flat and predictably. The seats do feel a little tight but I feel they will break in. Also drivers seat doesn’t lower as far as my 2011 but the steering wheel is more adjustable.
  23. https://www.arifleet.com/resources/manufacturing-updates/lead-times-downtime-production-delays/ this site shows a downtime for SEL equip group 200A but I wonder it it extends to the ST as well.
  24. It is definitely a concern. Hopefully it wasn't a major quality failure causing rework. I wish they logged recycle work or turnbacks.
  25. That is here https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/
