The 1.6L Edge Ecoboost engine seems to have had some recalls, but Ford has addressed them all.

Couldn't give you any answers? ? Is this from a dead stop or under acceleration? There's a good tech forum, http://www.flatratetech.com that has a lot of Ford techs on there that can help too.

We're 100% in favor for a new banner. It's really hard to get people to make banner ads for the sites, even when we pay good $. A contest is a good idea too. Anyone game?

That's true. If you get a good tune, it can be of great benefit for better performance.

The FordSyncForum.com has other complaints about the Ford My Touch, so if you have that, you're probably not alone. I read that Ford has been upgrading it steadily though. The Ecoboost is still in its infancy. It's HUGELY popular in the F150, but it's really new in many Ford products. That are not a lot of Edge Ecoboosts out there yet, since it was recently launched and many people are on the FordEdgeForum.com too.

This is the post below yours are the only two that I've read so far about this. Odd about the mileage. Most people seem to be reporting better.

The Edge and MKX are the same, at least for this part.

If you're going to install a cold air kit, make sure it comes with a new tune.

I don't think that Ford and other makers rate them, I believe the government does that.

That's odd. I also wonder why you cannot get the 2.0L Ecoboost engine in the Edge Sport? I was under the impression that the sport was more performance oriented?

I love the old rods - especially the Deuce coupe and of course, the 1955-1957 Chevys. There are so many great old cars to admire really. What do you have?

Funny. When my wife gives SYNC a command, it responds. When I do, it does something goofy! That's awesome mileage for the Edge. I am impressed!
