  1. I e-mailed someone at Ford WHQ today. Due to competitive reasons, they do not wish to publish Edge production by color.
  2. I do believe it's too early for this kind of information, however, I'll place a call to Ford and ask.
  3. This question would be best posed in the Ford Edge employee section. I believe, historically though, Lincoln-Mercury products have had more sound damping material.
  4. Sage is a "different" color for sure. Depending on how the sun hits it, you can see a shimmer of green. It does look more gray than anything even close to green though. Here's the address to Ford WHQ Ford Edge Customer Feedback Ford WHQ The American Road Dearborn, MI - 48121
  5. Whew - you had me nervous....I was reading through these posts like an animal. I think you owe me a beer :beerchug:
  6. Edgy Girl is right. Read through the forum to see what the actual owners are experiencing. Then, give the Edge a test drive. Some dealers even rent them out - I know Southgate Ford does here in MI. If you liked the test drive, rent one for a day or two and that should seal the deal As for the glare, I didn't even notice it.
  7. Cool post. There's a J.D. Power award on the left side of the screen (FordEdgeForum.com). I think more should be posted there and suspect that there will be.
  8. I was curious as to how hard to Ford Edge launched when compared to Ford's last big launch, the Ford Fusion. In the first six months of being available, the Fusion (not including Milan and Zephyr/MKZ) sold 46,828 vehicles. In the first six months of being available, the Edge (not inlcuding MKX) sold 48,514 vehicles. Pretty even numbers.
  9. I'd wait to actually see the colour on an Edge before making any decision - many vehicles look different from each other even in the same colour.
  10. I picked up that same card from Steeda here in MI. Sweet, sweet package. I can't see why the won't do one for the Edge in the near future since it's already a hot vehicle.
  11. Welcome on board! What did you have before the Edge?
  12. Ford reads this site on a regular basis, so I am sure that they will see this thread. But just in case, they will be made aware of this topic/thread.
  13. Good luck with the Highlander - it's a nice vehicle too. What kind of issues made you decide not to purchase another Edge?
  14. Google controls the ad placement. It's really which companies contract with Google. Let Nissan spend their coin - it's not like anyone here wants a Murano anyway
  15. OH YOU HOT RODDERS! :happy feet: A SuperCharged Edge would be the BOMB! :hyper:
  16. I see that you posted over on BlueOvalForums
  17. I picked that chick up in the Mustang on route to take the photo. She totally hated the Mach1, so quite naturally, I figured that I would dump her right after the photos were taken. :happy feet: But I actually ended marrying her. Actually, she's really into Mustangs now. :hyper:
  18. Congrats on the order. I can't say how long it will take, but I am sure someone will chime in.
  19. My first Mustang, a 1969 Fastback. I bought it in 1985 and still have it. It has a Boss 351 engine, four speed manual transmission and a 4.56 rear axle. I sold my second Mustang, a 1969 Mach1 390 GT. But, I bought a 1969 Mach1 428SCJ in 1991. I still have this car in my garage.
  20. I would post this question on FlatRateTech.com/forums. There are a lot of Ford master techs on there who might have seen this issue - it's the first one that I have heard of though.
  21. Now, now. You can always go to Quebec. . .it's like a whole other world. I think that's what my wife yells to me in French anyway.
  22. GREAT birthday gift :hyper: That's it! I am going to demand a new car for my birthday this December. Wait to my wife reads this one
