I use this feature to manually reduce the speed by lowering the set speed of cruise control to slow the vehicle down before I use the brakes, when possible. although, The active cruise control instructions states that "the brakes are applied to reduce vehicle speed"

Google offered me three routes and one is the one we take. I don't have data service on my cell phone so I can't download google or mapsco or whatever. Google has a feature that after you plot a route to where you, want/way to go. You then set this info to your cell phone number Google will call your through MFT and your cell phone number with the instructions. I have done this one time and the route sent to me was the way i had it set up. JC

I talked to a Sync representative Friday, and was recommended by him to wait for the 2012 upgrade. He also said that Sync was going to compensate users of defective Sync systems. The amount of compensation will depend on time without services and the efforts taken to resolve their issues. Hopefully waiting for the upgrade, JEC
