Sad but true, homelink, adaptive cruise control, and HIDs are not available on the sport. I added DDMTUNING.COMs $45.00 HID kit, re-aimed my headlamps and its been fantastic. Since I have the BAMR, I'm buying aftermarket roof racks for snowboarding. there's a thread already here showing.g everything you need and how it all works I plan on purchasing the homelink visor from fordparts.com and changing mine out. again, there's a whole write up on changing the visor. finally, I think you will find that between the limited and sport there is very little discernible difference between the ride quality of the 2011s. and yet parked side by side the limited and sport look like totally different vehicles.

Ive had my drivers side rear tire go low over the winter. It only happened once and its been good since then. I was lucky that I had a pocket compressor in the car with me. If you learn more about this "problem" or how wide spread it is, please post back.

im rather surprised too that Lincoln doesn't make a "touring" version that would included the painted lowers....maybe next year?

sorry to hear about the false start... you really will love this truck. It's sports and nimble, and even though its not a sports sedan, you'll swear you're driving one. Best of luck with your NEW Edge.

depending on how much you haul that boat around, I.e. every weekend? Or Twice a year putting it in and taking it out? I think the tow package is well worth it. Id tell you to go for it and go up a level to get it.

II just ordered another "cheap kit" for my wifes new explorer. How can you beat it? You can three or sometimes four kits for the price of one? As far as the LED Strip lights on the front, I love them too. Purely cosmetic in e set way right now, but soon I hope to make them into daytime running lamps.

Hearing things like this reinforces my belief that I made the right decision buying when I did. It was on the lot, the dealer gave me very aggressive pricing, and then took the price of unwanted options off the invoice when my wife started talking about waiting for one with only the options we really wanted/needed. I was able to from test driving/ shopping for one to owning one in a few days. I can see why they're having delays, I think it's a fantastic vehicle and I think it's going to do very well for Ford. ... And that makes me happy especially since Ford took no money from the government.

Once a new model is rolling out, you'll start to see them as early as august. I wouldn't expect the 12s to come out past September for sure.

Wow that stinks and I can imagine that it's annoying. Sometimes the adage of getting what you pay for is not quite true. Case in point, I haven't once paid over $50.00 for an HID kit and I haven't had any problems. And two of the kits I'm running are over three years old. I never had a problem on my 08, and I'm so far with the 11, things have been working just as well despite the warnings about buying a cheap system... Hope you get this worked out so you can just enjoy your truck.

Wow... I love mine and have no troubles with it. Guess I'm the minority. I tend to use voice commands for most functions, but I find it easy to use without looking too...

It's really a shame that you didn't have the option to wait for a 2011. My 11 is a night and day difference from my 2008. The brake grind is something I've seen in every car I've owned, from my 11 Edge, to 08 Edge, 08 Lexus, and 94 Toyota. Flash rust just feels and sounds terrible the first press of the brake pedal. Hope your Edge grows on you.

Not if you're buying out. If you decide to turn it in though, they want it back how they gave it to you.

Out of the dealership we observed mid 19's. Winter blend gasoline brought this number down, but then I got a K&N cotton gauze filter for christmas and my mileage increased again to the mid 18's. I expect that when the weather warms and the winter blend gas is gone the number will continue to climb. Don't forget too that new engines take some miles to "loosen" up for their optimal fuel economy. My 2008 took about 10k miles before I saw the best fuel economy numbers it would get.

We did it. Two peg perego carry seats and a forward facing car seat. It's very tight. Go do it, cause different seats are different widths.

Wow, I'm regularly getting 19 on my Sport, and this is on a sub 3K mile engine. I guess the 3.7 did improve economy and performance. Hoping that number climbs along with the thermometer this spring. They are heavy wheels, and the cost to replace ain't pretty, but beauty is never cheap.
