  1. Took mine to the dealer for the exact same issue. They put a few pieces of foam tape on the inner side of the headliner but it didn't fix the issue. I can duplicate the noise by pushing up on the headliner in that area and can hear the clicking noise. I'm stumped as to what it is unless it's one of the magnets itself.
  2. I had the TSB done for the cooled seats on mine. It's too cold outside now to see if there is any difference. The updated seatback fans have a snorkel for the inlet air that is routed to below the seat. If done correctly by the dealer it's easy to see the inlet part of the snorkel if you look under the seats from the 2nd row.
  3. Yes, they do. A demo is a car used by the dealership for test drives, salesman to drive home etc. There is no special assembly line for any model, except the prototype units which never get sold to the public anyway.
  4. The right side sensors go off on mine at 2 stop signs near my house and usually when the car is cold.
  5. Might want to make sure they ordered the updated part. The new one has the B suffix while the defective one is an A suffix. The new one has a snorkel attached that draws in cool air from below the seat.
  6. I've looked into this also but there is no paint code for these 21" wheels. I even contacted the company that makes them for Ford and since it's a proprietary color, and powder coated, they will not give out the color.
  7. The Active Shutters are only available on the 2.0L and 2.7L. They improve fuel economy by such a miniscule amount it's not worth worring about it. They really only shut at highway speeds so city mileage is not even affected.
  8. Yes, it's normal. It's the cooling fan shutting down.
  9. Just released today, TSB 15-0166 addresses the '15 Edge and '16 Explorer. Uses the same part number listed for the F150 seat back cooling issue.
  10. They are usually very minor updates to the calibration for better drivability and spark/fuel table adjustments to bring in more fuel sooner to heat up the catalyst faster upon start-up. It's very unlikely you will even notice a difference. It's not like it's going to unlock 50HP.
  11. I think the change was made to the Cold Weather Pkg, it used to say a Heated Wiper Park was included but now it's not. Thought that was a good idea for the midwest crowd. The Escape has it so it seemed fitting for the Edge as they have the same style wipers.
  12. How is it Ford's fault for using a different bolt pattern on an ALL NEW platform? Yeah, how dare they use new technology and parts instead of the old outdated pieces so YOU can save $1200 on winter wheels.
  13. You should submit your idea on Ford's social media sites. Also suggest some form of maintenance guidelines.
  14. You do realize this thread is about the 2015, right?
  15. Huh? The driveshaft doesn't spin unless the vehicle is moving.
  16. Vehicles are built before the OKTB date, just cannot ship until then. Order banks should have opened yesterday.
  17. Normally that lightbar is a bright white light as the signature lights but switches to flashing yellow when the turn signal is activated.
  18. My response meant that turning it off makes no difference in this vehicle. There is no wheelspin with or without traction control as the AWD doesn't really allow it on dry pavement in a straight line. And I'm not sure how turning it off would help you in a drag race situation? I thought the goal was to limit wheelspin.
  19. I agree, I would have picked Magnetic in a second if it was available. I think it would look awesome with the dark 21" wheels.
  20. Through the left side menu on the cluster. And if it's AWD it doesn't really matter.
  21. Can't post it yet but it's the final draft so no changes have been made. Only new color is Too Good To Be Blue, which is available on the Sport.
  22. Magnetic is not available on the Sport still, but the heated steering wheel is!! Adaptive steering is also standard on the Sport for '16 too.
  23. Plus the one pictured is the god-awful 3rd row version with that awkward rear end look. The roof doesn't slope down like the NA versions but rather continues back almost in line with the bumper.
