  1. I'm keen to hear from other ST owners if they experience the same with their wipers - my 2017 Sport does not do that. I can understand it happening if the wipers are moved from the rest position and then ignition is turned on - just something to be aware of and avoid.
  2. No, the plastic body trim - see photos in the below thread.
  3. The conformance to the body trim profile that is unique to the Sport.
  4. @RidinDrty Could you post a link to the ones you bought. I have Ford ones on the front but they don't match the trim contours. I have 20K miles on the Atturo tires and so far happy with them - the only issue is they get flat spots in cold weather which makes them vibrate a little for the first couple of miles. Are you happy with them?

    New Mud Flaps

I think they look good and a little large but that should make them more effective. Could you post a link to the ones you bought. 6. CarFax is not a reliable source for maintenance records, and the only way an independent mechanic can confirm the service history is viewing a paper copy of each service, or if was serviced by Kia then they'll have the record, but you don't need to be a mechanic to review a written service record. The servicing of the moonroof isn't always logged. I bought my Edge new, but other used vehicles I've bought, a verifiable service record needs to be produced before money changes hands. Who was the previous owner and who did you buy it from?
  7. You bought a used car, possibly not well maintained. There is some maintenance required for the moonroof - have you checked to see if that's been done.
  8. I installed the same plugs some time back, and they were all gapped correctly at .30 to 0.32 Any good brand 75W140 gear oil is fine.
  9. I have just gone and checked my 2017 Sport and the photos posted are most certainly the 2.7L Ecoboost and my belt is installed as per the photo edited by @jmr061 and the same as the diagram posted.
  10. Tell us what engine you're dealing with. This is the 2.7 ecoboost section of the forum, so it can be expected that you're discussing the 2.7L V6
  11. That means the old belt wasn't installed correctly and possible the wrong belt. Can you post a photo showing the markings on the old belt.
  12. Another look at it, and I agree, the photo is not correct. @jmr061 edit of the photo shows how it should be to match the owners manual.
  13. The pic from the manual and the photo match. Rockauto also lists that Continental belt number. Only thing I can think of is that you're not fully retracting the tensioner.
  14. Got a new OBDlink MX+ and it confirms that there is an evap code. My dealership service manager says that when I bring it in for the brake hose recall, they'll check and confirm the code and replace the evap valve.
  15. One of our worker lost his fingers - drink and powerful mortar took his fingers off.
  16. Recently I used my iPhone and Google maps in a rental car on a long distance trip and it worked great, but don't want to bother with the cable for my daily commute. I understand later vehicle models can do this using BT, and that would resolve the inconvenience.
  17. My commute is mostly on the I71, and it would have me take an alternate exit etc., so no rapid response required like you'd need in city traffic.
  18. I seldom use it, but it has worked when needed. I haven't done any long trips with me Sport, but whenever I hear that there's traffic issues on my route home from work, I turn on the GPS and it uses the Sirius traffic to re-route me. My Sport came with 6 months free XM radio and 5 years free traffic.
  19. My 5 year complementary SiriusXM Traffic expires in about 8 months and I don't plan on paying a monthly or annual fee for traffic, so is there an alternate free option, other than using Apple Carplay and Waze etc.?
  20. I have one of those and confirm that it does work, just have to switch when called to do so by the Forscan app.
  21. Not all, but many of the real cheap OBDII devices don't work well with Forscan.
  22. I expect that you can enable/disable the double honk the same way its done with the NA models, OBDII interface and Forescan.
  23. @onyxbfly I have the OBDLink MX+ which I bought for $95 and it is by far the best on the market - no need to switch between can-bus' when using Forscan. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JFRFJG6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
