  1. It's a 3M clear "sticker" that is cut vehicle specific. It adhears to the front bottom of the hood, bumper, front part of the fenders and mirrors. Sometimes even more places, wherever a rock or bug can strike. As with anything, there's pros and cons. It looks great for the first few months and keeps road debris and rocks from chipping your paint. After regular washing, waxing, bug removal and such, it begins to get cloudy. After years of direct sun, it's toast.
  2. just replace them before they start leaving the long curved scratches in the glass....
  3. I use my shop vac with the brush attatchment.
  4. I really love my Huskys. They provide DEEP coverage that the ones pictured do not. They have 2" walls and cover the dead pedal too. Autoanything is a good site.
  5. Polarized sunglasses should fix it.
  6. Welcome! no particular site I use, I just google parts and find the best price/quality.
  7. I def agree w/ Ig & Ak. That shouldn't be tolerated.

    Hello!

You'll find tons of great info on here! Welcome!
  9. I have the same prob and it's been bothering me..I wanted to get the chrome under the windows like on the limiteds, but on the driver's side, it's so bad that the trim is about 1/4 inch off between the front and rear door...I'll provide a photo as well
  10. Welcome!! I can only reply about my Husky Liners. I also have camel int. and the husky liners are deep and cover well. The tan matches pretty damn good too. I paid around $65 shipped.
  11. Damn, that sucks. Sorry to hear. Def a bad apple there.
  12. 20's even look too small, especially when next to the more appropriately sized 22's. However, a good 1.5" drop on 20's would be good....just MO
  13. 2008 Cayenne (equally equipped w/ V6) via Motor Trend "The Cayenne's base V6 engine has been derided as too weak to sit beneath a Porsche hood, yet now we think it's a worthy entry-level offering. The angle between the V6's cylinder banks shrinks from 15 degrees to 10.6 degrees, while displacement grows from 3.2 liters to 3.6 liters. The V6 now pumps out 290 horsepower and 283 pound-feet of torque, some 43 hp and 54 lb-ft more than last year. Porsche claims 0-60-mph acceleration drops from about 9.5 seconds to the low 8-second bracket." 2008 Edge via Edmunds "The Edge is quick, with a 0-60-mph time of just 7.4 seconds (front-driver version). Shifts from the six-speed automatic are smooth and well-timed, though we wish there was better manual access to gears. (You're limited to "D," "O/D off" and "L.") Properly equipped, the Ford Edge can tow up to 3,500 pounds, which is average for the segment." I'm just sayin.....
  14. It stood up well!! Hood moved up, grille is in one piece (it appears). Glad you are ok!
