Just want to make sure we're not confusing the reverse/backup LEDs vs the license plate LEDs. My backup LEDs are pretty bright (no, not dingo HID bright) and the license plate bulbs are decent enough.

Besides, in Jersey the last thing we want is BRIGHT license plate bulbs. Po-Pos want to run my plates, there gonna have to work to see 'em :)

Prinz, aren't you leaving out an LED lamp on your list? How about my LED Puddle Lights you purchased from me? :-). Here's the link to my website that you could add to the list in your original post. (totally up to you though).

Is there any actual reliable led for the taillights, and directionals? I have tried like 5 of the aftermarket solutions and all of them had failed miserably after a few months of use, some leds get burnt and stop working, last time I ordered them was from urbanneoncarlights and they offered lifetime warranty, for my surprise while I contacted them after the last fail, they stopped carrying the lifetime warranty and offered me a lousy two year with the putco manufacturer, I placed a new order with them, this time oracle LEDs, not even closed to the ones pictured, and one came out shot, they refused to replace it, and while contacting the oracle company it seems that they are not authorized dealers either of their products, so right now I'm screwed trying to find a good set for my 2008....as i do not want to use bulbs again due to the burnt sockets issue...two times replaced them....

I finally got my new tail light LEDs. Realistically, they are about 40% brighter and they also fit into the map light sockets. So you could use them inside for a brighter interior for those of you that don't a brighter license plate. Here is the link to buy them, got them off Amazon:

In the pics below the original LED that I replaced is on the left and the new one is on the right. Pics were taken with my phone.

To be honest, I'm not sure. The bulbs don't say. However, 3 of the 4 bulbs I ordered were much whiter than the other bulbs I was using. One of the bulbs was slightly bluer than the other ones that came in the package though. Some of the reviews I read said that people were getting all different temps of white when they ordered these.

hello i have a new egde se 2013 and i have a ???? anyone know if it comes with the wiring of the vertical parking lamp

I don't think that it does, but you can find out real quick if you look behind your front bumper. Just turn your front wheels one way or the other, and unscrew 4-5 screws that hold the black wheel wells to your bumper. Grab a flash light and take a peek at where your verts are. If you have wiring, it should be around that area.

On the plus side, if you have a little cash to spend you can get DRLs that don't require the harness and look amazing. Check out http://www.daytimebrightlites.com/ Owner is an awesome guy and they have great customer service to help you through the install. Here is a review I did on them as well as a Youtube video in the thread to take a look at what they look like day/night time. They are much brighter looking at them in RL.

If you do a search on the site, you will find other reviews too.
