Fingernip Report post Posted December 22, 2018 My dealer has been extremely transparent and helpful with my purchase. I was just notified that my car is now off the train in RI (about 1 hour away) waiting for the trucking co. They will not deliver before Christmas though so will likely be delivered Wednesday. dacford Report post Posted December 28, 2018 Good Luck!! Trust your delivery date will tick down INSTEAD of up! No word or sign of my original July 3 order yet! Thankfully the dealer found me another similar one some 200 miles away and swapped for it Dec. 21 so have ST in garage now. The ST seems solid and leak free as of 400 miles! Original build date was supposed to be Dec 31st, but I have no way of verifying that unless I go through the dealer all the time. Do Canadian orders show up on the order tracking site? Thanks, I'm excited but at least I'm currently driving an '18 Titanium that I've had for all of 13 months so I'm not as bad as I was waiting for that one (came from an '02 Explorer). Fingernip Report post Posted December 29, 2018 Just picked up my ST. It is such an awesome car and in magnetic with the base wheels it out showed the blue model on the dealer lot. Also a few early observations 1: The piped in engine noise in sport mode is not present on my car. The model I test drove had an unmistakably louder engine note when switched to sport. Mine has no audible change between sport and normal. 2: the heated steering wheel icon is on the home screen already. No dealer mods required. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ours had the heated steering wheel icon on home screen as well, maybe a dealer function already done? We do have the piped in engine noise in sport mode though, sounds awful. I asked the dealer about having both addressed as i was signing the papers but it was Saturday and the service department was closed. The GM also seemed he had never knew this could be done so I'm not sure if it was just a rouge service tech or something done at manufacturing. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ht St Wh Icon on home screen and do notice the piped sound. Real quiet at cruising speed on Hwy. No real problems with shift or lag. Oct. 18 and 27778 here.....
