I been scouring Edge web sites and everyone who has purchased one seems pretty happy.

Since your obviously into performance cars (SVT Focus and your Mustang), I'd like to know how you feel about the driving/handlng dynamics of the Edge? Even though the Edge is a Crossover SUV, how would you compare its handling attributes to the SVT or Mustang?

I am on the opposite send of the fence. I think the Ranger should essentially stay the same size; although, I think a crew-cab edition would be nice. I don't think going bigger is the answer, especially with gas prices being on the up side.

It looks more like Cranberry - but I love the color. It's the first Redfire with chrome rims that I have seen.

Gotta tell you that I love Ford Rangers. I think it's THE most underrated vehicle that Ford has. I have a 1993 XLT 4X4 with the 4.0L engine and it's been extremely reliable. Congrats on getting two new ones

Redfire certainly seems to be a popular color, but out of the hundreds around here in Dearborn, I don't see too many of them.

That's a good idea since it's a really affordable option. I agree that this should be a standard feature on all Edge models - it kinda goes along with the territory of it being Crossover.

I believe that they are in the valve cover under the rubber grommets.

Because of the sunlight, it's very hard to capture a good image of Amethyst.....sometimes it looks black and at other times in look purple-ish.

I don't mind the Taurus coming back, but the Taurus X is just all wrong

Yep - we wanted to really make the forum more professional looking as well as use colors that can be actually found on the Edge.
