NEVER EVER EVER buy a first year production auto. I learned the hard way with a 2005 Corvette....it lived in the shop....for 2 1/2 years.. Sold it three years after buying to buy the same model three years newer and with all the bugs worked out and it never went back in for anything ! Lesson Learned the hard way !

Went to get a replacement battery for my pickup and was dead set on getting an Interstate... A really really good friend of mine who used to work for our family business worked there took me aside and told me "DO NOT GET an Interstate Battery"..... "More than half of the batteries we sell don't last two years" He recommended an Optima and thats what I got. Cost more but had a five year full replacement warranty with it.

Well that TOTALLY SUX... he gets a dead battery and jump starts the vehicle and it cooks his stereo system...doesn't make sense !

and.................. They are UGLY ! but to each his own !

Congrats on your new vehicle.....I've got the same SPORT model but in white Two great add on I've done and highly suggest..... 1) daytimebrightlights.com ..... these daytime running lights are really bright, integrate with all factory settings, and are an easy install (if I can do it anyone can) 2) weathertech floor mats and cargo mat.... I got mine in grey and not black, they match the grey in the seats and look and fit awesome Enjoy and visit the forum often for any questions ...the Ford rep (Tricia) helped fixed a glitch in my Pandora connection for me last week. Yokohama Parada Spec-X are the best tires Ive ever Owned and when my Edge Sport need tires thats what Ill be putting on it. Discount Tire has a decent Price on them. Tire Rack also has them well priced I put 50 thousand miles on my last set and they were awesome as far as traction, ride and quiet too
