  1. Interesting. I'd like to see what the adaptive steering feels like.
  2. I've noticed this as well. Annoys me.
  3. Love it. I get seat time pretty often in family members' Mercedes ML350 and X3 35i and my Edge Sport holds its own in performance, refinement, and features. Is it a luxury CUV? No, not quite, but it's damn close. Drives so nice and is dead quiet (much quieter than the ML and X3).
  4. Congrats! And no, they're rather dim unfortunately.
  5. I've only had the detector for four days, so no.
  6. The detector has a feature that shuts itself off after 4 hours without the vehicle moving (9500ix with GPS), but power is cut to it sometime before then. I go into work at 9AM and usually go to lunch around 12PM and it's turned off by then.
  7. I've been trying to figure out how long they stay hot as well. I have a radar detector plugged in and it stays on for at least an hour after I turn the car off, but shuts off after maybe 3 hours? I've yet to pinpoint the duration of time yet. I'd prefer it shut off right away.
  8. Your low beams are the halogen projectors, your high beams are the inner lights next to the grille. EDIT: didn't see you have a 2013. Was referring to the 2015+ gen. Not sure if the same holds true or not.
  9. Yeah, they definitely don't get as warm as when you're sitting in them and turn them on.
  10. They are for sure a generation or two behind, Ford hasn't made much investment in non-EcoBoost engines in the past few years. They're old and have proven reliability, yes indeed. But by no means cutting-edge.
  11. There very much is replacement for displacement. I test drove a new F150 with the V8 after testing one with the 3.5 EcoBoost and was so disappointed. The V8 felt just sleepy and gutless. I've driven a 2.0 EcoBoost Edge and found it to be potent for what it is. Can't comment on the naturally aspirated V6 however.
  12. I hate this too. Just gets really gross and full of little rock pebbles.
  13. Caliper covers look great. Any other close ups of them? I'm hardwiring my Escort 9500ix this weekend. Wish me luck.
  14. The Edge looks great. I love that color. I'm impressed by the fit and finish, despite a few minor rattles.
  15. If that's the case, then the Camry and Accord are American cars.
  16. Someone else noticed this as well. It seems to be a glitch on their website.
  17. Edge Titanium 300A (it's standard). Edge Sport with optional 401A package.
  18. I'd love to, but I can't seem to find decent vinyl overlays.
  19. Yeah. For me, HIDs, cooled seats, front cam, and nav were enough to justify it.
  20. Update: OP, I don't have pictures (sorry), but the paint I ordered was a pretty decent match. A bit too dark, but what I did was apply the paint with the included brush, then dabbed the excess off with a rag. Repeated this process for a few coats. Now the mark isn't noticeable at all unless you're really looking for it. I'm very happy with the result. I've already forgotten it's there. Yours could be a little bit more tricky given it's not a rash right on the edge of the rim like mine was, but take your time and it'll look a lot better.
