  2. Hi Everyone, Davidceder is correct! If you experience some kind of glitch with SYNC 3, please try the SYNC module reset: •Select radio. •Hold the power button (center of the volume knob) + the right-seek button at the same time for up to 5 seconds. The display will indicate when the module is resetting. You may then release the buttons. Joy
  3. Hi t0lkman and akirby, Oops! Let me apologize for the misunderstanding. The AM/FM does menu has a Tune/Seek option, but with Sirius, select Channel Guide to view a list of all available stations. Scroll and select the one you want. You can also lock or skip unwanted channels or view the song/artist on others. Joy

  7. Hi again, The feature was found to be redundant to the option on the screen. You can use the voice command to set the temperature. Say CLIMATE SET TEMPERATURE <60 – 85>. Joy

  10. Hi normcloutier, Certain features of SYNC are phone-dependent, so the change in your iPhone software and model may be the reason. I would recommend checking to make sure “Auto Play” is turned off within the iPhone settings. Let me know if that helps! Barb

  18. Hi tpm419419, I'm unable to speculate on an exact release date. CarPlay & Android Auto will be available on all 2017 vehicles, starting with the all-new Escape. According to the Build and Price site, it looks like SYNC 3 is an option on the SE and Titanium. Shaay
