  1. Hey fe2102, Step #1 is needed if you have a phone connected to SYNC. You can skip to step #2: On the SYNC screen, press the MENU button. Press the DOWN ARROW button until SYNC SETTINGS displays on the screen then select OK. Press the DOWN ARROW button until MASTER REST displays on the screen then select OK. A confirmation message displays on the screen; press YES. I hope this helps! Shaay

  3. I'm glad to hear that it's working now, luxpow! Definitely keep me in the loop. SYNC Connect is only available to 2017 vehicles with SYNC 3. This modem isn't being offered as an aftermarket installation. Also, there should be a 5 year subscription with Sirius Travel Link as well. Contact your dealer for more info. Shaay

  7. Hey Rocketboots, Are all of your contacts saved to the phone itself and not the SIM card? Also, if there are any emoticons or special characters saved in the name, that can affect the way the contacts download. You can always perform a module reset and download the contacts again. To reset the module: Select radio > Hold the power button (center of the volume knob) + the right-seek button at the same time for up to 5 seconds. Cara

  14. You're welcome, Claude, Try testing the system with another phone. Meanwhile, you should make sure your phone is updated and restart it. I'm not sure what they tried at the dealer, but they should try this as well. Joy

To resolve the problem with your SD card, I would suggest a master reset: http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/myford-touch/settings/how-to-perform-a-master-reset.html?year=2011&model=Edge&sync=myTouch However, you can order the A7 card since the older versions are not available. Also, please send me your VIN, so I can see what to do to help you obtain the latest software version for your SYNC. Joy
  20. Hi maherj, Luxpow is correct! SYNC Connect is separate from those features and will not be available on the 2016 models through any upgrade option. Apple Carplay will require a USB connection and is not compatible over Wi-Fi.   24. t0lkman, The option to Seek/Tune while on the menu, is on the radio underneath the touchscreen. You would use the actual hard buttons for that function. Joy
