  1. Hi 99ebpsi24, I'd like to look into this for you. Please shoot me a PM with your VIN. Thanks! Rebecca
  2. Hi dynamix1, I'd like to give you some troubleshooting tips to try, but first which SYNC system do you have? http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/all/get-started-with-sync/how-to-identify-your-sync-version.html Rebecca
  3. Hey macbwt, I'm glad your dealer is taking care of this. Please let me know how it goes! Rebecca
  4. You're welcome! I'm glad you were able to open it. Rebecca
  5. If you change your mind in the future, they do have a fix for the setting reverting back to default. Rebecca
  6. Hi wes8399, Is your MFT software version 3.6.2, and have you been to your dealer for these issues yet? Rebecca
  7. Hi tamugrad2013, Not renewing SYNC Services shouldn't cause this. What was the error message you were receiving? Rebecca
  8. Congrats on your new Edge, Calabrezzy! Check out the video on this link for all the ways you can listen to music: http://support.ford.com/sync-technology/all-the-ways-to-play-music-sync-myford-touch Two two main ways are via Bluetooth or USB. Let me know if you have any other questions after watching the video. Rebecca
  9. Hey everyone, Just to confirm what ls973800 and akirby said, SiriusXM is running a free trial right now. I believe it ends today, but sometimes it's still available 24 hours after they stop it. Rebecca
  10. Awesome! I'll make a note of it working with Lollipop (I can't wait to get the update for my phone). Rebecca
  11. Hi wes8393, akirby is correct, you can't re-download the update if you've already reported it back to us. If you didn't and your SYNC account still reflects an older version, you'd be able to download it, but your Edge won't accept the software again. It'll tell you on the MyFord Touch screen that you're up to date. A dealer can reload the software; however, we may be able to troubleshoot your concerns and save you a trip. What's going on? Rebecca
  12. Sorry to hear about your accident, Salta Woods! I see everyone has answered your questions, but I'd also like to advise that if you plan on getting a new Edge with navigation on MyFord Touch, you'll receive an SD card with it. I recommend putting your music onto a USB flash drive instead (that way you'll still be able to use navigation if needed). Rebecca
  13. You're not missing a step, enigma-2. It looks like the Galaxy S5 isn't compatible with texting. Check out our compatibility chart here: SYNC: http://support.lincoln.com/sync-technology/device-compatibility-sync SYNC with Navigation: http://support.lincoln.com/sync-technology/device-compatibility-sync-navigation Let me know if you have any questions! Rebecca
  14. Hi TLKnight, I suggest giving your dealer a ring to let them know what's happening and make another appointment. They'll be able to diagnose and correct it. Let me know how it goes! Rebecca
  15. Hi Kitulu, ls973800 is correct. This is an issue with the information that particular radio station is broadcasting. Rebecca
  16. You're welcome! I hope you had a great Christmas. Rebecca
  17. Hi Ron Faldik, Try rebooting your phone to see if that helps. Rebecca
  18. FAT32 is officially the recommended format for flash drives and SD cards, but that doesn't mean you can't use others. My personal thoughts: If the drive is 32GB or less, format it to FAT32; anything above 32GB, use what works for you. Rebecca
  19. Hi Zwayne, SYNC Services will work in your Edge, but you'll have to create a SYNC account at www.Support.Ford.com in order to purchase and use it. If you've already made your account, just log in and click PERSONALIZE SYNC SERVICES. For more information, check this out: http://support.ford.com/sync-technology/sync-services-overview-sync-myford-touch Let me know if you have any questions! Rebecca
  20. You're very welcome! No, the bitrate does not matter. For the best performance when using a USB or SD card for media, they should be formatted as FAT32 and non-password protected. Rebecca
  21. Hey everyone, The supported music file types are .mp3, .wma, .wav, and .aac. Rebecca
  22. Hi Tammymarie23, Like Waldo said, the phone button doesn't always mean you have SYNC. Shoot me your VIN in a private message and I'll check your window sticker for SYNC. Rebecca
  23. That's a great question, cv27! Unfortunately, I'm unable to speculate, but more information will be released when we announce our 2016 MY product info. Stay tuned... Rebecca
