  1. Hey enigma-2, Glad you figured it out! You can also do this by voice. Press the VOICE button (on the steering wheel) and say BLUETOOTH AUDIO. Hope this helps. Shaay

  3. juanbtft, I responded to your PM. Shaay
  4. Hi juanbtft, Congrats on your new-to-you vehicle! Because the update isn't loaded to your account, a dealership visit is needed. If you want, send the VIN in a private message; I can double check the status of the warranty. Shaay

  8. The instructions I provided is for the basic SYNC system. You have to use the ARROW key or VOLUME knob to scroll to SELECT SOURCE. If this does not work, I recommend trying a master reset: http://owner.ford.com/sync-technology/perform-master-reset-sync I don't suggest removing the battery without consulting with your dealer. Shaay
  9. Hi fe2102, Are you able to change the music source manually? When you see SYNC LINE IN, select MENU>SELECT SOURCE>USB. Let me know if this works. Shaay

  11. Hi tpm419419, Our most recent update in October added the Siri Eyes Free feature. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't warn or give us access to their updates before they're launched. I'm unable to speculate, but our team is actively working with them on a resolution. Shaay
  12. Hi sabasigh & tpm419419, Did you recently update your iPhone to iOS 9.2? The recent Apple update has caused a change to how Siri Eyes Free works over Bluetooth. We're currently working with Apple on a resolution. There hasn't been a change to functionality if using the feature via USB. Plugging in a device could cause Autoplay to start playing your media. If you don’t want that to happen, use one of the following methods to adjust that setting in your vehicle. Steps via Voice Command: 1. Press Voice command button on the steering wheel. 2. Give voice command AUTOPLAY OFF. Steps via the MFT/MLT Menu: 1. Select the Settings GEAR icon. 2. Select SETTINGS. 3. Select MEDIA PLAYER. 4. Set Autoplay to OFF. Shaay

They are listed under the manufacturers name. Shaay
  16. Hi Wojtek Kuleczka, Sounds like the Travel Link application did not install. You will need to visit the dealer to have them reinstall it. Keep me in the loop. Shaay
  17. Hey shlickster, There was a time when the software update would interfere with the SD card. That was version 3.6, and it came out in 2013. The current version is compatible with A3 and newer cards. Which SD card do you have? akirby, Thanks for summoning us! Shaay

  20. Hi Tacyon, Have you tried soft resetting your iPhone by holding the POWER BUTTON and HOME BUTTON until the Apple logo appears? Also, try a clean pairing by deleting SYNC from your phone (FORGET THIS DEVICE in Bluetooth settings) and then deleting your phone from SYNC. Here you can find the step to pair your device after you've done the steps above: https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/myford-touch/phone-setup/how-to-pair-your-phone-with-sync-with-myford-touch.html Let me know if that works. Whitney
