What would you guys like to know? The downpipes and a decent 93 tune put us with the highest MPH the platform has seen in the quarter (109mph) and about .08 sec from the race gas record. With a solid launch and a few more trans tweaks we will have the record on just 93. Then E30 and maybe E50 if we can get a fuel pump. What is slowing down progress is the tuner learning the turbos and we were also rear ended last week and the car is going into the shop soon. Overall the downpipes really freed up some extra ponies laying around and really helped with under-hood temps.

the 2.0T is a decent little motor, tune her and she should feel pretty good.

This is good info, we are trying to develop a way to turn the AWD off and on by command. How far have you driven on this and have you noticed any side effects except not having AWD. Lastly, does the car go into limp mode at all? @snmjim

Update: got the box about 90% done and will hopefully finalize tomorrow.

There is power to be gained. Please read the beginning of the thread and read closely about wastegate duty cycle. Also, no testing done yet. Still making Good question extra, theres a small punch out below the "fog" light that we removes that drafts a good bit of cool air. Enough so that just driving around it keeps the bottom of the light and ecu cool to the touch. So we are kinda relying on that.

With the most recent trans tune i just pushed to them yesterday, the shifts are firmer and quicker.....and the launch is just tire smoking fun. I look forward to your review!

After some major fidgeting we have gotten the 6F55 to put down some consistent quick shifts in back to back runs. Also, the launches are pretty aggressive. 0-60 sub 4.5 anyone??? With the tuning that BCB and i Have been doing and about 6 back to back 130 mph runs we never saw over 245 degree temps in the trans, the OEM trans cooler is phenomenal. That is currently what we are fighting, the size turbo they put on the 2.7 is not conducive to making high-end power, its effective range is from 1800 to 4000 and produces plenty torque. The 3.0L/3.5L have a larger body turbo that is far easier to mod and make a hybrid out of. We already have downpipes and im about 80% sure they will fit the st since the engine bay is the same and the oil pan is....the pipes dont come near the trans so if the trans layout changes it fine.

You would have to call and ask about the ST, they are still getting used to the edge but have 10 years of EcoBoost experience. Call their main number, talk to Kelly and tell them that Colin and Jim sent ya. They are great people! We are currently working with Uwe (the owner) to get one in and test fit! Same motor different trans, cant imagine it being that different to tune or squeeze some power out of it. The only unknown is the trans.

Tune revision and awd tweaking got us the fastest time for pump fuel and then another run the fastest mph the platform has seen in the qtr mile, 109 mph!
