  1. Buy some black touch up paint.
  2. My 2012 GT specified 5W-20, The Boss 302 specified 5W-50. Cam Phasers are identical. I've used Amsoil 10W-30 signature in it exclusively since installing the supercharger 8 years ago. It doesn't seem to mind it.
  3. I worked in product development and printed numerous prototype parts over the years. For the most part they are used to develop and test. Larger parts require costly printers and it takes a long time to print larger parts.
  4. Here is the followup after doing the second oil change. I only do annual oil changes due to low usage so here are my thoughts on the Ronin drain valve: 1 - It's super easy to use, just remove the protective cap, screw in the drain tool and let it go. 2 - The flow is steady but takes a few minutes to drain vs a few seconds with the factory drain plug. 3 - No chance of getting hot oil on your hand ? By the time you finish installing the oil filter you can remove the drain tool and reinstall the cap. I bought some 5/8" clear hose to attach to the drain tool. I didn't bother using it and it's not necessary, not a drop was spilled. That oil came out looking so clean that I should consider repurposing it by using it in my winter beater ?
  5. To be honest I wouldn't replace the coils. They are very reliable and better than anything the aftermarket is peddling.
  6. Welcome to the forum 1GULFEDGE.
  7. LOl, its situations like this that make me appreciate my winter beater/grocery getter that's insured 12 months of the year.
  8. That's a non issue on my cars. They don't see automatic car washes.
  9. De-badging would raise alarm bells for me too. It would make me wonder what non visible modifications might have been done to the vehicle. Also never understood the black wheel thing. That looks so wrong.
  10. Welcome to the forum Chris.
  11. Ford already does that to maintain their competitive edge over FCA products.
  12. You're not the exception but you are definitely in the minority. I have a copy on all devices and refer to it quite often.
  13. You can if you have the Ford Pass app installed on your phone.
  14. Thanks for providing the schematic. I ended up ordering this: Cable Adapter Kit Mini USB 3.5 Meters DC 12V to 5V Power Inverter Converter Regulator
  15. Curiosity (and thirst) got the better of me so I came into the garage to confirm if the Dongar adapter is compatible. Bad news, the current mirror plug / receptacle connection is a 5 pin configuration.
  16. I pried it off with my finger tips. Newer vehicles no longer use the flimsy easily breakable stems on trim. I'll take a look on the weekend and confirm. That Dongar piece is some nasty looking. I think I'll just make my own fused step down harness and tap into a 12 volt source. If I come across an alternative to that Dongar adapter, I'll report back.
  17. Thanks for the video enigma-2 ? Different shape on the Nautilus but same access and wiring color code as the F-150. Literally a 5 second job to remove the cover.
  18. Ordered up a dash cam today for the Nautilus and will be looking to tap into a power source in that area as well.
  19. Welcome to the forum Walt. Good choice all around, especially the color. ?

Bonjour Dany from Quebéc. Welcome to the forum.
  21. You should not be getting that smell. It indicates there may be a problem with the PVC system. I cant explain why but I think your catch can setup might be the source of your ongoing problems.
  22. If the pressure in the PCV system is exceeding 25 psi you would be having serious issues. I think it was more of a "lowest cost hose available" problem.
