I would have seriously considered a Titanium had the 2.7 and the adaptive suspension been an available option group. On the other hand that would have brought it too close to the Nautilus price range.

It has a more robust additive package tailored for higher performance motors. The regular Platinum is more than adequate for your application.

Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W-30 in the 2.7 Ecoboost Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0W-40 in the 5.0 Coyote Pennzoil Platinum in 5W-30 in the 2.4 Malibu, lawnmower, snow thrower etc. Good products and always readily available and on sale in this area. In the past I used Amsoil Signature Series oil which is also a very good product. Boutique pricing and availability are the main detractors.

Also of note is that SCT provides 5 unlocks with the device. After that they need to be unlocked by SCT (online) for a fee that's basically equal to a new one.

So engine output is just under 10% of transmission rating; a little close for comfort. There are unknown factors at play however such as the GVW rating of the transmission and the safety factor that was engineered into the design.

The relay is located in the power distribution box next to the battery. The relay location is shown in the Owners Manual.

I fill mine with whatever comes out of my air compressor. It's been working well for me for the last several decades.

I'm inclined to agree with jmr061 that it's not routed correctly.

My only experience with the Ford Sony system was with my 2012 Edge Titanium. I found it sounded awful. Removing the center channel speaker (which now resides in a landfill, maybe the car too) resulted in a noticeable improvement.

The exhaust tips in actuality are trim pieces (bezels) that don't make contact with the exhaust pipes. High heat paint really isn't necessary for the application.

I don't spend a lot of time in my car with it not running and the phone stays with me when I exit the car. I think that that applies to most owners.

I just timed it with an illuminated cable. About 4 minutes give or take.
