Please post sound clips! Interior too!

Borla has always been pricy compared to others.
-
I know it's little but was kind of hoping for 2.5.
-
Cool, but only 2.25". Granted I'm betting we will be stuck with that size.
-
I considered doing that too but borla's looks like it would just be an axel back where magnaflows looks like it may be a catback.
-
Thanks. The rotors and calipers look and measure the exact same so I don't see why the donut wouldn't work.
-
Can you take a pic of your front tire? Alot have been saying the caliper is the same just painted and have read that canadian cars come with the larger front rotors.

I have mine booked in monday afternoon to hopefully have them flash the pcm. Since the nicer weather has shown up I've been noticing many of these issues. I guess babying it in the winter months hid it.
-
Yes it is true but I have no idea what the part numbers are sorry.
-
The power plug in the back seat probably doesn't work also. Atleast that's how it was in my 13 when my trunk one fried both times.
-
Signed up to keep me notified to show interest.

That is actually a feature and there actually were modems back then. A computer does not have to have internet in order to run. You can still run programs and play games as archaic as they may be compared to roday. Beat me to it lol.

Best floor mats for 2016 Edge?
Perblue replied to RCQ925's topic in Interior, A.C., Heat, Interior Trim
I had the weather tech floor liners in my 13 edge and they were by far the best floor mats I've ever had. I have the all-weather that came with my 19 right from ford and they aren't bad but the liner is far better. You can get just the back set off of weathertech.com -
You're first one was 5.5 flat so second one wouldn't quite be good enough for 5.45 going by your 330ft
-
Going by your first time slip your 0-60 mph is 5.5 seconds. I said these things were faster than all the reviews.

The 8th gear seems to be like many trans with multiple overdrive gears or cars with cylinder deactivation. It gets used in very specific conditions and something as little as a head wind can affect it. This really isn't anything new. As for shifting I've gotten to play around more with the nicer weather and snow mostly gone. It doesn't always downshift when you want it to but I have had that in every automatic I've ever driven and has always been a complaint of mine of automatics so I can't say it's the edges fault. Maybe it'll learn with the nicer weather or it'll change whenever I decide to get it flashed but I may wait a couple more months before I do that to give them time to tweak it that much more.
-
What exactly is your point? You aren't necessarily wrong but that could be said about any st model. Most of the technology options can be on lower trims. The st on any line differentiates itself from other trims with different suspension, engine, possibly transmission, extra cooling for oil, trans, etc., some styling and interior tweaks. It's a mass produced vehicle that will always be the case without a large price premium. Also having a disagreeing opinion is fine but you seemingly have the need to post the same thing in every post ST related that it starts to sound like an annoying stuck record. Yes you have the same motor so can add some to an ST section, but being a stuck record is not contributing.
-
He's always going to hate the ST. He's made up his mind and nothing we say will change that. Why he bothers with this section is beyond me, other than to repeat ST is terrible and "Audi better other than styling."

-40 might be uncommon here but a regular winter here is between -20 and -30, along with over half of canada, no idea how cold areas of new york get for jamie. It actually does factor in warm ups and your mileage tanks, you are going no where and burning gas. Letting it warm for 5 minutes in the winter, ever morning is how I achieved 11mpg. On a fresh tank and a recent reset of the trip meter I could watch the mpg go down.
-
Anyone who says this has never lived in a climate that gets to - 20C or like this winter - 40C. Doesn't matter if you use synthetic or not Your turbos will thank you if you give it a chance to warm up more than that.

Vista Roof Will Not Close
Perblue replied to argos587's topic in Glass, Lenses, Lighting, Mirrors, Sunroof (BAMR), Wipers
I can't find the Dupont one I've been using but I would then go with this one. https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/wd-40-specialist-dirt-dust-resistant-dry-lube-ptfe-spray-283-g-0388090p.0388090.html?gclid=CjwKCAjw7MzkBRAGEiwAkOXexIY7eTBHeDia5WxYkDy6Md4YRc3syjdiUEPsdkTq4J68NnPiyfuTQhoCCG8QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds#store=301 -
Vista Roof Will Not Close
Perblue replied to argos587's topic in Glass, Lenses, Lighting, Mirrors, Sunroof (BAMR), Wipers
They should really put this in the manual, but the entire worm gear(the channel on each side of the roof the glass slides on) should be sprayed out with compressed air and then lubed up with teflon non-stick lubricant. If you do or use anything else the oily lubricants will collect dirt and make a mess and cause more problems. This should be done once if not twice a year -
2016 Ford Edge engine swap 2.0 to 1.6
Perblue replied to Apigo200x's topic in Ford Edge & MKX Member Builds
Why not another 2.0? it will give you the best mileage out of them all -
Exactly. The base is missing features an ST has. Also every single test 0-60 of an ST has been done in break in mode. It's faster than reviews are getting once lifted, but it's what it is and those will be the quoted numbers.
