I just installed the below eBay switchbacks in my wife's 2015 Mustang, and wondering if they are the correct ones for my 2017 Sport - can anyone confirm this for me? https://www.ebay.com/itm/7444-7443-Switchback-LED-Bulbs-WHITE-AMBER-Dual-Color-Turn-Signal-Lamp-Light/192443860151?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Hopefully this light bar you plan on installing is legal - there's a couple of vehicles on my morning commute that blind all oncoming drivers with their light bars.

Yes, snow and slush build-up does kick it off Cruise Control. The Adaptive Cruise and lane guidance works in most weather condition, day or night, but not snow.

What’s this problem with loud sound on startup1004ron replied to Rowdyone99's topic in 2.7L EcoBoost That doesn't sound like a noisy lifter - I'd get it to the dealership service center ASAP and have it addressed under warranty. I have the same model, it it does not make any noise - you could add your model/engine to your profile.

What’s this problem with loud sound on startup1004ron replied to Rowdyone99's topic in 2.7L EcoBoost No such video comes up in a search - what's the title? Any chance of responding to the questions previously posted?

What’s this problem with loud sound on startup1004ron replied to Rowdyone99's topic in 2.7L EcoBoost Unlikely that its normal. What engine? What's the mileage? What's the service history, when last was the oil and oil filter changed? What oil and oil filter have you been using? If not OEM oil filter it might not have an anti-runback valve. Any sign of sludge when viewing into the oil fill cap? It could be an oil pressure problem causing the valve lifters to make a noise.

I'm not sure which item/component you're referring to. Bear in mind that I didn't check for error codes seeing as I knew exactly what the cause was - check @WWWPerfA_ZN0W for the likely cause of your error code.

Here's a photo - I'll try find a better one. It gets in the way of the fill plug, so I unplug it when filling. The brass device is the temp sensor.

When I turned on the ignition after I did a lube service, which included the PTU, I got this warning light, .......... because I forgot to connect the PTU temperature sensor.

Do you have water trapped in front signature lights? Last year my passenger side signature light was replaced under warranty because it had water trapped in the lens, now my drivers side has the same issue. The passenger side is still good. I'm at 33K miles and 21 months, so intend get it to my dealership to start the process of replacement, but just wondered if others are experiencing this.

The only thing that I'm not happy with on my 2017 Sports is the backrest heating and cooling that does not work and Ford haven't resolved. It's so good that's the only gripe I have, and its minor.

After my front bumper was stripped down and repainted, I've not had any other issues. I work at a coal fired power plant and the acid rain has badly marked the horizontal surfaces, but surprisingly it hasn't had any impact on the front bumper, and my black Harley Nightrain paint is also unaffected.

Not as widespread as your paint defects, but you can view mine here:

If you're feeling kind, you could let the dealership manager know that you expect appropriate action on their part, such as dismissal of the mechanic, or you'll be taking it as high as you can go with Ford Corp. This mechanic/dealership are likely skipping safety related service items.

OK, I meant 80W90 for the RDU, not 75W140 as @jmr061 and the invoice/receipt states.
-
My Edge owners manual specifies 75W90 and I assumed it was the same grade for the 2008 Edge RDU.
-
If that mechanic is still employed there next week, it suggests that the dealership condones that type of deceit and theft. Agree with the others, contact Ford Corp.

There's a considerable cock-up on that invoice - it states REAR AXLE but the oil grade is not what goes in the rear axle. With that, I'd insist that they put the correct oil in the REAR AXLE and do the oil change on the PTU and no additional charge.
