I had a supposed ford engineer say it was impossible to happen.....yet it seems better since i did all my fluids including trans, which took more than drained. ? Yes car should be level. Poster needs a jack and stands.

Totally different, it can only be done at the dealer. Just tell them it's shifting harsh but heard there was a tsb update to potentially fix the issue and you would like to have it done. You can do the sync update though yourself.

Go get the latest tsb transmission update if you haven't done it since i june or july, it fixes this and other things.

AWD only helps get you moving and helps plow through snow a certain amount. If your roads get icy then yes buy winter tires and rims. Otherwise you might find it ok on all-seasons or better yet all-weather. No matter what though you can't beat a good winter grip in winter.

You can do anything all it takes is money, google Nissan juke-r. You will likely find it cheaper, easier and less frustrating to trade it in on a 15+, however if you don't care about that pick a path and have fun. Alot think we are fools to mod an edge at all. Also post your progress because it likely hasn't been done before and you would want bigger than a v6 turbo i'm betting for a rear mount.

Ummm The taurus sho is a twin turbo eco boost. No it is not possible without extreme modification and taking the turbos off is not a good plan either since the engine is designed around them. Most you could do is maybe a 3.0L eco but being as you have a 2014 I'm thinking that would have it's own challenges.

Because some people might only drive 50-100 in 7 days. You need a fair amount of active driving for it to learn.

The egr valve is no where near the tank.

If that's what is, it's not often you gain mileage with a problem. Will be interesting to hear what it is and if it dips down. Unless you want to leave it to keep the mileage haha, but I'm sure it would cause other issues down the road.

Yep, drive thrus, idling and lights/stop signs will drop that fast. That's why I only averaged 14 city with the 3.5, not many cruising roads here.

Doubt it you would have problems showing up. I got 14-16mpg city driving lots of stop and go. This does happen on all edges. Go into your settings on the left screen and change Units from L/100km to mpg. It will switch it all to US mpg. You still have to calculate canadian mpg. Which by the way I did achieve sometimes with my 3.5 if you are calculating canadian mpg, but in US mpg like I said above I did once with a tail wind.

I got that once when I had my 3.5l, with the wind pushing. Turned around for return trip same day she was doing 24. On a 10 hour drive I averaged 28. I would be amazed if it maintained that over a few hours. Most also don't reset it on the highway, they include getting up to speed and such resulting in much lower mpg. I'd get alot better than 30-32 out of my ST if I did like you. Even the ratings are calculated over an entire tank, not if you were already going XX speed.

No idea. I messaged them last thursday and they told me they were running low on cores but had a couple. Monday they were down to one, so maybe they got a surprise shipment in between you and me.

You just missed out. I ordered mine for the ST on monday and it shipped yesterday. Was told I got the last garret core. You should have just ordered on the 18th.

Almost 17000 miles, owned over a year and a half, if we are limiting it to mechanical issues other than the trans flash stuff that's it.

At the same time you must have a weak battery or drive short distances. My 13 always turned off all the lights even with the door left open for extended periods and never had an issue starting afterwards .

? The driver door latch is mechanical, I'm not sure how it could drain the battery. I never had a problem with my 2013 or 2019.

@WWWPerfA_ZN0W On the bright side since the intercooler is wrecked it gives me a reason to use insurance to help upgrade to the UP one instead of putting the factory ford one back. No idea how it will affect the end result of the tune if any.
