2015 Ford Edge Sport 2.7 Ecoboost Fwd and AWD mods WANTED!!

I would just like to let all the vendors know that I am VERY interested in performance parts for my 2.7 ecoboost ford edge AWD.

Please make tunes/tuners, cai, full exhaust, turbos, intercooler, cams etc.

Whatever makes more power I will likely buy.

I'm not saying everyone will want everything, but if others share my interest please post in this thread and/or keep it bumped to the top as much as possible so vendors will hopefully take notice.

Then we can start the modding ;-)

Thanks

I agree torquer, and I was thinking the same on the transverse mount changing up things. Exhaust, Cai, turbos and related piping for charge piping, intercooler most things now that I'm thinking about it will be different.

I hope the Pcm and tcm are close so modifying the tune for the edge won't be much different than the truck that way it doesn't take much effort so the tuners aren't discouraged away from the edge market as long.

akirby raised a very good point. If there is anything that is a weak link in Edges it's the transmission. Exploring performance options for Edges would have to include things like transmission coolers and Quaife limited slip differentials like those in the Focus ST. Plus, I sometimes wonder how much power could be put to the stock internals before having to fortify them.

I would guesstimate 50-60% rise in output on stock internals, based on results from the 3.5EB. Tune, Lower temp TStat, smaller-gap spark plugs, trans/oil coolers will all help get you there. Would be nice to have an LSD set for the Edge, but given the rather lackluster response to hi-perf mods ...
