SC_ST
Looks good, wonder how it will impact your fuel mileage due to having more contact surface area and increasing rolling resistance

ahill1089
Little late to this but LOVE IT! This is the look I wanted to achieve however was told 10.5 wouldn’t fit so went with 9 and doesn’t have that nice concave shape of the 10.5 . What a bummer lol time to trade up. Anyone interested 20” Niche Misano satin black…
auburnshredder
Why are the Hankooks "Junk"? My 2021 came with Ventus S1 Noble2 which are highly rated and expensive, $270 +/ each.

Gkey67
I know it’s been awhile since there has been any responses on the ford edge posted by Kbeck59 but if you happen to get this did your install require any spacers? And did all the center caps snap in without hitting the spindle? Thanks for the info. The tires and wheels look great.
razziel24
Great set up !!! I have a 2012 explorer limited with 295/45 R20 mounted on its OEM 20 inch rim (5 spoke) Ive had that setup for now 10 years with no problems. I recently got a 2019 Edge ST with its 5 spoke original 20 inch rims, but it came with 245/50 R20 tires, according to tire size calculator, I can go with 285/40 R20 and it would be 1% bigger that the original overall size..... but can the original 20 inch rims from the ST handle the 285 wide tire ? Thanks
Mattyzvan
Hi there, I have a 2019 Edge ST and wanted to get a new set of wheels. I saw this guy running 20x10.5 et38 Ferrada FR2 with 295/45/20 and he said there was no rub and perfect fit. I was curious if I'd need to modify anything for them not to rub or if they'd not rub just being mounted on regularly. I don't care that they poke out of the wheel well. That is the look I am going for. Thank you!
Mattyzvan
Hey razziel24 I'm thinking of running the exact setup OP used in this post. Would I be fine without any rubbing? 2019 edge ST. Did you need to modify anything so it didnt rub. I'm going to do 295/45/20.

Samurai Edge
Using the correct tire calculator, the system will tell you what will and what won’t fit. You will need to do some measuring related to wheel depth, tire clearance, etc. to get a baseline for fitment. The calculator system has all the simple directions to complete the calculations. Once you establish the baseline, you can play with the numbers and get your answer. You can get new wheel size and offset as well as tire size. Whatever tire size you choose, keep the overall tire diameter the same, or as close as possible to, the OEM tire size so you don’t negatively affect your speedometer or AWD system
FordEdgeST
I have a 2019 Ford Edge ST and would like to change out the 245/50-20 tires for 265/45-20 tires on stock rims. This is very similar size to the stock ST performance package option on 21-inch wheels. Has anyone done this and will it fit without issue? STBEAST Posted yesterday at 03:57 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 03:57 AM I can't imagine why it would be an issue. I have the performance brake and tire package on my ST, and it looks like there is more than enough room. Hopefully someone chimes in on this thread, as I don't have enough knowledge to give you a solid answer.
Samurai Edge
Will they fit without issue? Probably. They are almost an inch wider so you may / may not have rubbing issues based on the OEM wheel design. However, you don't just pick the 265/45-20 because the ST performance package has 265/45-21s. That is not how it works. What you want to do is find the same overall diameter of both size tires, otherwise you can affect speedometer readings and well as other mechanical components of the vehicle, as compared to what the vehicle was originally designed to. There is not a lot of difference but to me, that is not the way I would go
