True.  Stay on top of them to do a full replacement of the transmission.  It's no good to you the way it is.   Remind them that they even stated that there is no more they can do and you still have the problem.  If it came back that soon, one can only think what is coming next.

I was happy with the OEM ones that came with my Sport and after many years the driver's mat wore a hole in from my right heel and that's when I went with the 3D which is what we had installed in my wife's BMW X5.

I bought the Ford OEM all weather floor mats for my 24 ST and they work great.  You can't go wrong with OEM, and the price was good.  Trim to fit is a red flag to me too.

Was poking around for all-weather mats for the '24 ST last night and kept seeing Michelin pop up. 4pcs set, trim-to-fit, cargo liner in the box. Had no idea. Not buying anything yet, just trying to figure out whether they're worth a look for a year-round daily here in Ohio. The trim-to-fit part is what I can't picture — how much cutting are we talking about on an Edge, and does the driver's side sit right around the pedals?   Mostly want to hear from people who actually have them in the car.

Hello everyone…just bought a nice 2013 Ford Edge Sport. It has already had the expensive stuff done,timing chain and water pump,new struts,new tires, and lower control arm kit, new axles with CV joints.

When I bought my 2021 ST, around 10K it developed the thump you speak of. Mine would happen during acceleration from a dead stop. It was very random and felt like the whole transmission was going to explode. Back and forth with the dealer numerous times. They would tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. After numerous trips back and forth, they finally replaced the valve body assembly. I never had the thump come back but had a weird delay shifting into reverse.  I ended up trading in for a 2024 at 12K, just because I never felt comfortable after the experience. Also knew it was the last year for the Edge. I love the vehicle! I just lost a lot of trust with Ford. I would push them until they replace the transmission. Once the transmission has a curse, it never fully goes away.

Called the dealership today.  Service Advisor was hoping I had good news.  I told him what was happening and he said, “well, we’ve done all we can do besides replace the transmission outright.  Bring it in one morning so we can drive it and verify it and go from there.”  I am bringing it in next Tuesday morning and hopefully the car does it and this transmission can be replaced once and for all.   It does the thump inconsistently now, meaning it could be a very light almost nonexistent bump or it could be a full on hit like it was consistently doing before.  One more thing, when they “overhauled” it and replaced the clutch pack, it was silky smooth.  After this valve body, it has felt rough and clunky with shifts.  Fuel mileage has taken a crap but seems to be coming back up.  I’ve hit over 29 mpg regularly keeping my right foot in check.  It was struggling to hit 24ish earlier in the week.  Don’t know if any of this matters to what is happening but I am noticing these things after each repair.   More to come after this coming Tuesday…

The smaller emblem is much better.  However, too bad one can't simply eliminate the front badge altogether without modifying the front grill to make the whole thing disappear
