    I'll try this in the next few days and report back. Is the issue that you can feel the heat on your back while it is running? Or that you can just feel that the rear side of the seat, above the map pocket, is hot? Because if it isn't heating her back up, I don't see how this is an issue. Electronics run warm. Run your stereo for a while and I'm sure the unit would be hot.

    Yup. After using ONR I have never went back to traditional washing (unless a car is covered in dirt/mud/salt.....then I may take it through a touchless wash first). Duragloss Aquawax is a good spray wax. I buy it by the gallon. You can find the smaller spray bottle at CarQuest. If you are applying Spray Wax after ONR W&W, you may want to just buy the regular ONR (blue stuff) to save a few bucks. I buy ONR by the gallon from Amazon Prime.

    I also own a Sport with heated/cooled seats. I have yet to feel additional heat on my back when using the cooling feature. I was under the impression that the blower was under the seat (hence the lack of air that comes out of the back).

    Built April 10 Never had any leaks after many, many hard rains Took my Edge in and they fixed it. Still no leaks

    Before April 28 it sounds like something was fault in production. Maybe a machine not properly sealing every seam it was supposed to. I think on the 28th they corrected the issue so they are confident from that date forward, the leaking issue was resolved.

    And herein lies the problem. When you are protected, you have no incentive to improve.

    Nope. I usually lay the seats flat in the back when I"m going canoeing. Or at least one in case I forget to put something in the back before I load the canoe. But when it is on top, it can only lift a few inches before the canoe will get in the way of the tailgate.

    Don't stop at D when shifting out of park. Go all the way to "S". Not sure all trim levels have this option.

    My only concern at this point would be electrical issues.

    I think it would only be fair if they made you pay tax on the additional $2300 ($4800 increase minus $2500 additional allowance). So about $145. That should not affect your payment.

    No way man. If I did drive one of those cars, I'd start figuring out how to sell my child so I could buy one.

    I can see for just cruising, drive will be fine. But I like a quick throttle response and damn does Sport mode offer that very nicely.

    ....in my Edge Sport. Goodbye MPGs. The throttle response was just awesome. My other car is a manual and I was used to instant throttle response. This pretty much solved any issues I had with the throttle on the Edge. I haven't felt response like this in an automatic since the IS350 I drove once in a while.

    That isn't a stop sale. I have pressed the issue because Edgey Guy is telling us there was a notice to not sell these vehicles. That information is not correct. It was reported in one article and then a Ford spokesman said it was never issued. I just hate incorrect information. Especially from someone who claims to be really close to the subject.

    I can assure you the media requests were coming not too long ago. These reports/articles don't get researched and written within a day. Either way I'm glad they are buying these things back for these members.

    Then post a copy of the "Stop Sale". Because I have yet to read a post on this board where someone mentioned they were unable to buy an Edge due to a Stop Sale

    That is not acceptable when someone buys a new car. Ever.

    So what you are saying, is Ford f'd up big time with this entire thing. Not catching it early, not catching it as it became apparent to customers, and not really stepping up until the press came knocking.
