I experience it and only have used 93. I have a tune now and that helped with the trans shifting.

For me, all the things you have pointed out on the trans I have/do experience. It really bothers me how slow the trans shifts. I did not expect it to shift like a double clutch setup, but this is a ST. Now, with that being said, I hope Ford comes out with a fix for the noted items you covered. It is a new design done in house by Ford, but they should have done better. This does not mean I am not satisfied with my ST, but I am patiently waiting for Ford to get it together. Also, I have installed a tune from Livernois with one of the things that company did was to improve the shifts. They are doing small changes to the trans at a time as it is a new design. It does show improvement and there should be updates from Ford and Livernois in the future. I like Fords, always have and all of the the above is just my opinion, others my have a different view.

I was curious so I went to navigation.com (I believe this is the same company as here.com) which I believe Ford uses for map updates. That site did not even list anything past 2017 for map updates for the Edge and other Ford models as well. I also believe that they update every two years, but seems they are a couple of months late posting an update. Who knows when or if they will come out with updates for vehicles that have Apple Car Play/Android Auto. I would think Ford had an agreement/contract with them before the other options were available, is Ford’s obligation done now, who knows???

I have a 2019 ST without the heated steering wheel option. I am curious, does Ford actually install a steering wheel that is capable of that function, but does not activate it unless that option is selected, basically a setting in the software? Thanks

Has anyone tried a set on the Edge ST? Not sure if the paddles are different than some earlier years.

Hopefully they will get it taken care of in short order.

How many years has ethanol been around now, I have never heard of an issue with deposits on rings because of ethanol.

Their price and the offer of free shipping always cracks me up. As if free shipping saves you so much money the cost of the update is nothing. Updates to Apple Maps/Google Maps are free and are pretty current.

19 ST, when in sport mode, exhaust noise piped into the cabin, sounds fake to me. I would like to turn it off, but keep the noise canceling system the audio system has.
