Dirt and gunk can build up in the rails making it very hard/slow to close. You could try cleaning and relubing the rails using MacFordEdge youtube video.

^agree 2x. Try charging the battety and see if it will hold a charge. Only way I can see the connection with the radio is, something got hooked up wrong and it's draining the battery.

Here's a Youtube video showing how to repair this on a Ford Flex. (Think they are simular). Believe I read that the cable either gets unhooked or has streached.

Not really sealed, but no drain was provided on domestic vehicles. There's an open vent and fill plug. I have mine pumped out and refilled at my local Ford dealer. On my 09 Lincoln requires the fluid be changed anytime there's a leak, whenever the PTU has been in water or every 3000 miles when pulling a trailer or hard acceleration, if a non-synthetic fluid is used. Same as the rear axle. Figure I'll have the fluid changed every 30k just to be safe.

Ford makes a set to fit the front on the Sport, not a perfect fit, but it will keep mud off the doors. However, there's nothing available, OEM or aftermarket, for the rears. Just too difficult a shape to match. There was a member here that posted the he had bought a rear set to fit a SEL (if I remember correctly) and had hand-trimmed them to the contour of his Sport. He never posted pictures however. I believe that that's your only option for rear mud flaps on a 2015+ Sport.

You mentioned replacment, did they replace with new, rebuilt or junk yard?

DANGER, Will Robertion, DANGER. (a.k.a B9 and/or Robie The Robot from Forbidden Planet) If I were you, I would change the lubricant in your PTU immediately. Several here feel that a single case of overheating the PTU is sufficient to turn the lubricant to a thick goo and this causes the failure of the PTU. If your not convinced, at least pull a few drops from the case and check it, see if it's black or thickened.

I don't know about Mac's tires, but on mine, it happened on all four of mine with on month. It's the tires. Several on Amazon have had the same problem with low milage and going hard.

Also check for a second screw at the other end of the moulding. (Hinge side).

I use both Menguiar's and Chemical Guys products. Both excellent. No, make that outstanding products. I'll use Mothers as well. If I could just add to the above two excellent postings, concerning the Weathertech floor mats. When their new, they look oh so nice. Proud moment the first time you place your shoe on one. But, in a few weeks the look like they have been sitting at the entrance of the barn. Here's how I restore them. Start by hosing them off and then clean with Chemical Guys Nonsense Invisible Super Cleaner. It usually involves some scrubbing in the crevasses with a scrub brush. Then a good hosing again. Let them sit in the sun to completely dry. Usually takes two beers of waiting, but it's worth it. (I promise). When they're dry, I spray on Chemical Guys Silk Shine Dressing. Let it sit and they look new again. Or thereabouts. Good job, pat on the back and time for a beer as a reward They are slightly slippery, not too bad, for a day or two. Nice thing is they're dry to the touch afterwards. Like the scent as well, it's "new car scent".

I was reading about a film from Germany that had 85% but still had good IR rejection and excellent UV protecton. He said that he would would never pull over any car for dark tint, but that the car would definitely attract his attention. Anything that jumped out would definitely warrant a stop (brake or license light out, wrong turn, etc) and 'after' the car was stopped for the infraction, he would whip out his tester (they all carry an optical tester) and check the % of visible light transfer. Said that he has the authority to prevent the car from being operated on public roads for too much tint. Said he has had a couple of cars towed, mainly because the driver was a prick. (They just lovvvve to stick it to a prick. Makes their day interesting.) lol He also said that any commercial shop will not put on >5% on winshield as they know it's illegal and customer can come back on them for legal action. So the illegal stuff is assumed to have been put on by the owner. Makes him take a second look at the car for other reasons. He will also measure bumper height (calls dispatch and they look up to see what it should be). Has to do with headlight alignment. Has written several tickets on this. (He also said that bumper height doesn't apply to trucks, just cars. Asked about SUV and CUV. Said it depended if registered as a car or truck).
