  1. That along with the hood liner and engine cover were likely eliminated as cost cutting measures.
  2. Welcome to the forum from a ⚙️head H-D Lowrider & Mustang owner. ?
  3. It's the rear drive unit as explained in the thread you linked. I thought my Nautilus was possessed when I first acquired it.
  4. It seems like they are the first on the scene with a product but quickly move on to the next project without fully developing/supporting the last one.
  5. - Click on your name, upper right. - Go to account settings - Look on the left side of the page. It's all there.
  6. I added the information to my signature as 1004ron suggested. That is the easiest way around the issue and it's permanent.
  7. The general consensus is to use lithium grease on the tracks. Dielectric grease is better suited for lubricating rubber components and as a corrosion/moisture barrier for electrical connections. The problem with grease is that it attracts dust and then turns into an abrasive paste which is hardly ideal for a sunroof application. I've had better success with PTFE spray lubricant. This stuff works great for a lot off lubricating applications: Super Lube 31110
  8. Man that's a lot of hardware. Take your time with the install and pay particular attention to component placement and routing the hoses so that it all looks nice and neat when you're done. What are you planning on using for hose clamps? heat shrink clamps work great and look clean.
  9. Check out the pedal commander. Typically used to increase throttle response bout can also be adjusted to reduce it. Might fit the bill for you. pedal commander
  10. On turbocharged cars IA2 temperature is much more relevant than IA temperature. That's why my money would go towards a better intercooler. I was deep into the 600 HP numbers with a stock air box on my other car before I went to an aftermarket unit and it's partially open to the engine bay so not a cold air induction by any means. I had to increase air flow a bit to get to my current numbers of just under 700 HP. Oh yes and a bigger intercooler.
  11. If I'm going to waste my money I'd rather waste it on a better intercooler.
  12. I factory ordered a Focus Titanium in 2012. I based my purchasing decision in part on the excellent experience I had and am still having with my Mustang. What a pile of crap that Focus turned out to be ?

    Introduction

Hello and welcome to the forum.
  14. Welcome to the forum! Youthful 63 year old semi loud Mustang owner.
  15. I think Ford has gone on a bit of an de-contenting program of late. 2 horns went to one horn, no more hood insulation and engine cover now are some of the omissions that come to mind. My Sorento had a number of features my Lincoln does not have and visa versa. In the end there's always some compromise involved. I test drove the Edge ST and the Titanium and came away thinking that they were very solid and quiet which are two qualities my Sorento had in spades.
  16. Maybe you should have brought Randy with you on the road test. He could have pointed out these things to you before you bought your Edge.
  17. Unleashed is offering tuning services for the ST now. Torrie's easy to work with and has a good rep with the ecoboost platform. They also offer choices with programmer options from SCT, HPTuners etc. I'm not a fan of having to use someones proprietary programing device. I will give Unleashed serious consideration if I decide to tune my Nautilus. They even offered to send me a programmer to read the stock tune file to make sure they can work with it.
  18. The vents in the console are for A/C only. Heat to the rear passenger area is provided by ducts under the front seats. The information is in the HVAC section of the owners manual.
